Dorian's was the perfect salon for my bridal party to get ready for our wedding! From the beginning, Kim handled all of the appointments, making sure that all 11 of us were going to be seen. All of the stylists were so efficient and my bridesmaids ended up looking so beautiful! Everyone loved how their hair looked. My photographer was even shocked at how great everyone looked and how fast we were finished--we actually were all done ahead of schedule! When we arrived for our appointments, they already had a table placed our for us to put our snacks and drinks. They started taking girls back right away too. I would 100% recommend all bridal parties to Dorian's! They are so professional, friendly, talented, and efficient. read more

Wife left work today and went here to get a hair cut, sign literally outside stating walk ins welcome and they were absolutely rude to her. The sneers and belittling I don't want to take care of her comments were absolutely ridiculous. Taking our business elsewhere. read more

We booked dorians for my wedding. We had 8 people in the party and they could accommodate a large group. I went to the first of three trials I had to go and I was scheduled only an hour for hair and was told to come with my hair natural (I have extremely curly hair which takes that long to straighten) so there wasn't enough time. After that I checked to make sure the booking for the wedding was correct seeing how it wasn't for my trial. It wasn't. They didn't have us scheduled for makeup and the person that was suppose to be doing my hair (the bride) they noticed they double booked two brides and parties around the same time. I then had to make another trial appointment. When I came in this time the extensions I bought would not curl (which was not their fault) but my stylist said she would do my hair without extensions because I said the sale was final and I didn't plan on buying another set. I showed her multiple pictures (both essentially loose down dos with hair pulled out around the face) and I received an up do. When I saw it and she realized I absolutely hated it she stated that "once you have extensions it'll look a lot better" the point of the trial is to see what it should look like and I told her I wasn't planning on getting more extensions. So I paid $45 for this trial and got nothing about it. At this point I didn't even want to go back but couldn't change salons this close to the wedding. I ended up exchanging my extensions and then set up a third trial appointment . The extensions curled but my stylist still pinned my hair up and didn't leave any down in the front. I asked if she needed to see the picture again of what I wanted and she said she remembered. Apparently she didn't. I told her I wanted more down in my face and way more down. After three or four tries I finally had something I was okay with. And so I paid $90 at this point just for trials. I saved pictures of my hair so I could remind her the day of the wedding. When we asked for prices and was told $45 for hair and $35 for makeup. So that's what I planned for with additional for the tips. The day of the wedding we got there at 10 and they started hair right away. Most of our hair was done and they hadn't even started makeup for our party. My wedding started at 3pm and we started our makeup after 12:30. I knew we wouldn't have enough time as we had to leave at 2. I reminded them and they said we would have enough time. My makeup was finished at 2:15 with two girls left to finish. I went to go cash out and my bill was $80 for my hair alone. When I asked why it was so high the woman at the desk said she would go ask. When she came back she said it was because I had extensions put in my hair (clip in extensions that I asked if I should put in myself). So the price jumped $35 for her clipping my extensions in. After a few seconds the woman at the at the desk then very rudely told me if I have an issue I would have to speak to a manager. When we asked if the manager was there she said she could go get her. She came back and then told me I could go back and talk to her if I would like because she was getting her hair died (when there were two bridal parties and prom girls there getting their hair done) the manager then continued to tell me that I can't expect them to put the extensions in for free and when I talked about my precious experiences with the trials she said that was neither here nor there and that brides hair usually cost $50-55 which is reasonable,but $80 just for clipping in my extensions? I also didn't get charged to put them in for my trial, and was told hair would be $45 for everyone. After the manager finally knocked a bit off only because I only brought that much money, and hair was still almost $70 I had to leave because it was 2:10 at this point. Two of my girls still needed their makeup finished and the wedding place was 10-15 minutes away. The best part of this whole experience is how incredibly rude , disrespectful, and unprofessional the staff and management was. After I left the manager proceeded to trash talk me TO MY OWN BRIDAL PARTY! With this being said I will never ever go to dorians again. read more
