It wasn't the worst experience ever, but the bikes were rusty, some of the breaks didn't work, and the guy working there didn't seem to know much about the bikes or he just didn't care. Also, don't expect to use the bathroom. Since I was traveling with a group of 9 people, they didn't have enough bikes for us anyway so we ended up splitting up. After doing a Google search for other bike rentals, all we could find was Hot Dog Cycling. Don't even bother! The phone number listed is disconnected and there's nothing at the listed address. However, it did lead us to the Best Tour Connection, which is just down the street. Sorry I didn't get an exact address, but it's on Ave Isla Verde between the ESJ hotel and the The Ritz-Carlton Hotel. The owner was very friendly and gave great directions on the bike path (a combo of paved trails, boardwalk style, and beach). They had nice beach cruisers, he checked the tire pressure, and provided us with locks. We used the nice clean bathroom facility before heading out. He was also pretty flexible on time, and said he would be there until 6:30 p.m. We biked for about 3.5 hours from Isla Verde to Piñones stopping at some food stands for fried bacalao and coconut juice, and enjoying the view on the beach. It was a really fun experience, and I would definitely recommend it. Our experience was terrible from start to finish…read more We reserved luggage storage from approximately 12:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. When we arrived, the employee immediately told us--very rudely--that he wasn't supposed to be open because it was Father's Day and planned to leave around 2:00 p.m. We explained that the business hours online showed they were open until around 7:00-7:40 p.m. He responded by saying we shouldn't rely on what the app says because he's been having issues with it. That's not the customer's responsibility. We booked based on the hours that were advertised. He then told us we had to pick up our luggage by 5:00 p.m., even though we had already paid for storage until 5:30 p.m., and suggested we take our bags somewhere else. Since we didn't want to waste time finding another location, we decided to leave our luggage there. There were four of us, and we each checked in our bags individually. When one of my friends went to check hers in, he told her, "Don't test me." We were all shocked by how rude and unprofessional he was. When I returned around 4:00 p.m. to retrieve my bag, he was sitting behind the desk on his phone. He checked me out and then ironically told me to "have a safe flight." The most upsetting part came after the trip. Several days later, one of my friends unpacked her backpack and discovered that all of her jewelry--including multiple watches and rings--was missing. Before leaving our Airbnb, all four of us specifically checked to make sure nothing had been left behind, especially valuables. We cannot say with certainty what happened, but the jewelry disappeared while the bag was in this location's care, which is extremely concerning. What made it even worse is that there were no individual lockers or secure storage. Instead, all of our luggage was left out in the open along the side of the front desk, where anyone could potentially access it. That level of security is unacceptable for a business that is trusted with customers' personal belongings. Between the rude customer service, inaccurate business hours, and serious concerns about the security of our belongings, I would strongly recommend avoiding this location.

From there, we spent the next hour and a half perusing the streets of Old San Juan in a stylish sidecar! (So much better than sitting in a cramped, sweaty van with 15/20+ others!‍) You get to cruise the cobblestone streets with the open air/breeze in your face feeling, as well as getting unobstructed, 360 degree views- it is AMAZING! There were many historic sights to see, along the way. Tom was very knowledgeable about the history and culture of Puerto Rico- I learned quite a bit in just an hour and a half! As we zipped around Old San Juan, Tom also pointed out some cool local eateries to check out, as well as places to shop.
