manager Heather Lee was not nice or helpful at all, she was snotty, mean and completely didn't care about us as customers. We bought several items, we noticed the robe (outerwear) was ripped and came back to exchange it immediately. Heather Lee refused us. We were a repeating customer and spent quite a bit of money. We will not be back. Store clerk and Heather blamed it on their upper management, clerk said Heather was forced to be nasty to customers from her upper managers. read more
