Great donations, great prices, and great volunteers makes this store one of the best places to shop in the county. I enjoy the community vibe that exists with people recognizing each other and stopping to chat in the aisles. Housewares, apparel, books, decor, and vintage items are some of my favorite sections of the store to visit. It's fun when the cashiers start to recognize me as a regular too. read more

Met up with my Brother-in-law at Angels before going to lunch. Mom and Nancy were with us too so we wanted to get some shopping in while in the area. Angels is very clean and the items here are well organized. I appreciate that the books were actually in designated areas. They had a decent music section and I was able to find two piano books for like .60 cents, not bad at all. My brother-in-law is an avid reader and literally cleared out a shelf of books they had of one of his favorite authors. Mom and Nancy found some items on the cheap as well. The store has a lot of clothing, kitchen, household items, tools, and jewelry available at a great price and the items all seem to be in great condition. Staff were really friendly. They had two changing rooms and a restroom available as well. I recommend them if you're shopping in the area. read more

This thrift shop is amazing. Great prices and the people are friendly are willing to help you find things. The book section is the chefs kiss. Well organized and so many book in its own little nook. The entire store is organized. The boutique has some great finds. I'm so happy to have found this place! They give back to the community in various ways which makes me go as often as I do. UPDATE: In the light of #BlackLivesMatter I hope that this church takes note that when someone in the community if offended by the confederate flags in the parking lot (which was the incident I wanted to talk to the pastor about) it should be taken seriously. This was a sad day for and the black woman I stood by as we got an "education" talked loudly over us on why confederate flag was ok to be displayed in a church parking lot. I am STILL waiting for the pastor to call me. I welcome that call to this day. --- I have shopped here for years but NO MORE - NEVER EVER AGAIN, I wish I could give it negative stars. They are racist, hide the good items in the back for certain people to come pick them up. Basically they do shady side deals (this is not a rumor - my friends/ family and myself have all seen it first hand - multiple times!) Once I saw dresser being donated and I asked if I could buy it. They said I had to wait until the morning so they could "inspect it". The next day I was the first customer and it was already "sold". Later I went to a used furniture store and there it was.... 10x the price. If I donated something & they took it elsewhere to make a side deal I'd be very hurt! Another time (and FINAL time) was when my mother & I stopped in to buy a bible & a few there things & there was a terrible racial situation that happened. I called the church and spoke to Debbie who PROMISED the pastor would "happily" return my call. This went on for weeks! I kept calling & he never cared enough to call back even when we scheduled an actual call! This place is not run like a church and should be ashamed, STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHADY PLACE!!! AFTER NEARLY A DECADE OF GOING THERE WE WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THERE AGAIN - I will continue to tell everyone I know what happened here and tell them all the other wonderful places to go instead - this place should be shut down! read more

This is one of the most fun thrift shops ever. They also have a silent auction going on for more unusual items . I've been there several times and just found out about the silent auction . Years ago I remember seeing a lot of " old lady clothes and items" ( oh wait ! I am an old lady but even I wouldn't buy the clothes ) Now I see a lot of variety and the clothing is more updated . Great selection of clothing, housewares, framed art, nicknacks, and hard to find patterns for dishes, odds and ends. I always find a treat. They price moderate so you can feel good about your purchase. They have specials and reductions from time to time. I usually go about once a week. They have silent auction items each week too. This was my second trip there, first time was fine. This time I was buying a 25 cent item and I gave the cashier a dollar bill. She was annoyed and said do you have a quarter. I didnt, I had 13 cents. The lady in front of me says she might and dug out a nickel. So the lady said never mind and took my 13 cents and her nickle and it looked like she dug the rest out of a loose change jar. She was annoyed through the whole transaction. Definitely not a friendly feeling. read more
