Along with the items I ordered, I also received salsa and chips. Let's do this in order, shall we? The salsa was runny; no chunks at all. It had the mouth feel of a puree. I love salsa, most of the time. But this stuff was WAY too heavy on the cilantro. We don't all like the stuff; to some people -- like me -- cilantro tastes like soap. It's unpleasant to eat in any quantity. I understand that it's traditional to use the stuff in many dishes, but a split of cilantro and parsley would make it easier on the palate. The chips were too thick and the corn flavor was overpowering. I substituted the Tostitos I had, which led to the cilantro discovery. Chips and salsa went in the trash. The spinach in the enchiladas was very clearly fresh, and that was great. The enchilada sauce had good heat. The cheese was flavorless, and a bit too much. If I could give one bit of advice, it's this: BACK AWAY FROM THE SALT!! Those enchiladas were basically a salt lick. Ah, the margarita. THAT is a reason for an encore performance from this place. That margarita was DELICIOUS. I wouldn't go there to eat, but I'd definitely go there for the margarita!
