The team was in and out in about 40-50 minutes, which did not seem sufficient for a thorough cleaning of a space this size. When I returned, I found several areas that had been missed, including visible dust on the kitchen cabinets and ceiling fans, paint still on the toilet that needed to be scraped off, and surfaces that did not appear to have been properly cleaned. The refrigerator was the only area that seemed thoroughly done. Since the apartment was already in decent condition, I expected the service to leave it noticeably cleaner than it was. When I reached out to Simon and shared my concerns, I was disappointed that there was no offer to come back and review the work. Instead, he maintained that everything had been cleaned. He also asked about payment even though the invoice had already been paid, which reflected the same lack of attention to detail I experienced with the cleaning itself. For $200, this ultimately felt like money wasted, and I left feeling that I could have done a better job myself. If you are looking for a detailed move-in clean, this was not my experience.
