On the left side of the windows you'll see the Spanish names for the meats offered, the right side has the English names. Get the pastor (pork) and chicken, such good flavor! The "head" option is when they roast the whole head of the cow, not sure what that means exactly but I did try it one time, a little too far out of my comfort zone. The picnic tables out front offer cucumbers and radishes to cool down your mouth from the intense hot sauces (green and red), I avoid both cause they're a bit too much for me. The table also has onions and peppers which I load up on my tacos and pico de gallo. Don't forget to eat the sweet caramelized onion offered on each taco purchase!
