Had a really great encounter with the sales ladies. Everything went really smooth and I ended up with a new dress. Shop their sales and save a ton. I did not try the photo shop if there is one still there nor did I try the salon. I would recommend JCPenney to practically anyone. I called and they said we had to repurchase the ring?! WHAT? We already paid for it. They told us they would hold it up to 10 months (which obviously we didn't need that much time, but we do love an hour away so a couple days was necessary) but we were lied to? We already paid for the ring and they put it back on the shelf!!! This place needs to work on communication with policies. We will never be returning to another Kay jeweler ever again. They have other deals, but for some reason it seem like every time I was looking for Rocky Patel versions they were either out or not stocked. Even Monte Cristo and other brands that were very low and this was back to back the days that I came in . It seems like they have their brands of cigars too, but sadly, their cigars are the worst if they were to have better quality of their namebrand I probably would've probably got them. But sadly, there is nothing but colored paper or so it seems no tobacco whatsoever. however I do wish that they had better deals as well and there system should be able to mix and match not be forced to buy one of the same and get the same one free. It should be get one of one brand and get another one of similar or less value I would go for that. just very disappointed. They can do much better.
