It seems silly and nonsensical, so I finally made the decision to get the rear passenger windows tinted. Overall we had a great experience. The appointment was easy enough to schedule, and they were very prompt once we arrived. The man at the front desk was very friendly and informative. He walked us through all the various grades and asked us what our goals were and matched them to our interior. At no point did we feel like we were getting upsold. We were walked through what matched our needs and no more. The experience was a great example of how a strong business can operate and everyone feels satisfied. We'll absolutely recommend this business to anyone and everyone, and we'll no doubt be back if the need arises. Extra shout out for the attention to detail. While within the warranty period, 2 of 5 windows started bubbling really bad so I dug up the warranty receipt to claim a warranty repair. I brought the car back and pointed out the windows with bubbles, but also the ones that still had an outstanding tint. Guy started giving me the run around. Something about their billing system being new and they can't find me. He told me I needed more proof on top of the warranty receipt, oh and by the way it would cost extra to remove the bubbling tint, a lot extra...I kindly left and didn't go back.

Here's a doozy.. Took our newer Ford Van in for undercoating. Long story short, our van was held up…read morefor over a week, and now WE'RE forced to install the under-floorpan insulation OURSELVES. Why? Apparently they had to remove some panels under our van to coat the frame well. OK. But the kid who removed the panels left early, apparently he never documented how these FACTORY STOCK insulation panels mount. So NO-ONE at the shop could figure out how they attach... Our van was on hold for 3 more days until the kid came back to work.. guess what! He doesn't remember either!!! Auto-One did reach out to the local ford dealer for advice. But suffice to say, that didn't help. They literally told us good luck, for us to install them, and knocked a measly $50 off the bill. WTF!? So now we're crawling underneath the van to figure out this puzzle... What kind of shop removes something and cannot figure out how to put it back together!? And then says TOO BAD!
