Tree roots had blocked the drains, causing toilets to overflow in two units. Michael John was supposed to clear the blockages and offered a money-back guarantee. A week after the repairs, one tenant's toilet overflowed again, so she called Michael John, who came to pressure wash the drains. A few days later, over the weekend, my toilet also overflowed. I tried to bail the water into the shower, but eventually had to call an emergency plumber. That visit cost me $5,000, which I had to put on my credit card. Now I am being told that Turnbull and Cook may not reimburse me. I strongly advise against hiring Michael John Plumbing Services. Ps I am a senior citizen on a pension.
