Let's start with the fact that about 10% of the staff (by staff I mean one desk person who is randomly there and the cleaning woman) speak English, which I get it, this isn't America.
The real bad, the beds left me begging for mercy to the point I could barely walk at the end of our duration at this "hotel" more of a gussied up hostel.
Their breakfast is some cured meats/ some cuts of cheese and museli oh and bread and jellies. Which is jammed into your room cost. Ps.... YOU BETTER TELL THEM THE DAYS YOU DON'T WANT THE BREAKFAST OR THEY ASSUME AND IT WILL BE ON YOUR BILL LIKE IT OR NOT, eaten or not! So don't go thinking this is a real B&B it's not and their prices UTTERLY ABSURD. I felt like I was being taken advantage of from the moment I walked in the door, and as you would have it I in fact was taken advantage of, 643.50 usd for this place is BEYOND ABSURD! I probably wouldn't be so mad if it were half that, as that's what it should have been based on quality alone.
Ps as the other reviewer states if you have multiple people with luggage it's a one person elevator and your stuff and then send it back down. Also THEY CHARGE BY THE PERSON IN THE ROOM, regardless of the amount of beds or not. They will also daily change your sheets and bedding which is a sheet on the bed with a weird comforter thing, it's not bedding but then again that brick isn't a bed. They get mad when you ask them not to, like you're putting them out to leave your room alone. Also don't you dare ask for an additional towel whether the room is for 1 or 30 people that was the biggest hassle ever. Bring your own hair dryer, if you need such things I trusted that their website says they have them, while that is true it barely worked and doesn't go far from the wall. Also travel with your international plugs and bring a spare, one of their outlets smoked mine and my hair clippers so now I have to buy both again.
And there are two English channels Bloomberg and CNN everything else is German.
GOOD LUCK AND MAY GOD HAVE MERCY ON YOUR BACK AND WALLET.
Oh and ps no microwave or fridge so no keeping food hot or reheated or keeping things cold. If your diabetic or have medication requiring cold storage go during the cold months and hang your stuff out the window in a bag with a string. read more
