Four months later, on the day of my arrival, none of my requests were honored. I had requested a top‑floor room, away from the elevator. It was almost midnight when we arrived, exhausted after a long trip from the United States. Instead of providing assistance, this employee named Desire, an ignorant, ill‑mannered, unprofessional, inhuman individual who should never be allowed to interact with guests, began yelling at me as if she were in the right. Her behavior was unbelievable and completely unacceptable. The hotel itself was a disgrace. The rooms were substandard, poorly maintained, and suitable only for campers. Nothing matched the description provided online. The entire experience was a failure of professionalism, hospitality, and basic respect for paying customers.
