It's a fairly small beer garden by Bavarian standards, a situation exacerbated by the present COVID19 crisis. On this Whitsunday, of course it was a popular location - but it took me just a few minutes to secure a table, after my personal data had been taken down (name, address, phone) *should* said beer garden prove to be a source for future Corona infections. Hand sanitation was provided. This is a very nice place to linger, with friendly and efficient staff, great local beer and solid, down-to-earth "Brauhaus food". The Faust beers are much better on tap than from the bottle, especially the popular unfiltered Zwickl beer "Kräusen" - much hazier on tap. There are no printed menus, you have to download PDFs to your phone using the IR codes provided on each table. Nice, relaxed atmosphere, nice view, very good beers good service - what's not to like? Price per 0.5l was €3.70.

The brewery is over 250 years old in Miltenberg and supplies the region with local brews. My favorite beers were the Dunkel and the Hefe-Hell. The staff were friendly and informative, though the employee in the shop was not overly helpful with a few questions. If you have time in Miltenberg, I recommend stopping by and trying some local beers.

They are open until 6:00 pm. We were only able to be in town a few hours so we were not able to take the tour. We did go to the store. I said hello to the woman at the front desk. I asked about the beer. She said it was in the back.You go in through to the right and enter into their walk-in storage cellar. There they have all their beers described in German and below in English. Nice cool room to deside which ones to choose. They have cardboard six pack holders, wooden ones also. I purchase six Pils, one euro per 0.5 l each. They come with a "Kirk-N-Seal" which makes them look very elegant. You can also purchase glasses and T-shirts. We had the beer with dinner. Everyone commented on how smooth it was. I thought it was an excellent beer.
