What stood out wasn't one flashy moment. It was the consistency and attention to detail from every single member of staff I interacted with. That kind of alignment doesn't happen by accident. It reflects culture and leadership. There's something here that feels like old-school European excellence in hospitality. Service that is confident, calm, precise, and not overly theatrical. It feels intentional. Lara at reception was excellent. Professional, efficient, and warm without being overdone. Check-in was smooth and polished, but never stiff. Chantal at concierge was exceptional. She noticed me every time I walked into the hotel. Not occasionally. Every time. She remembered what she had arranged, followed up naturally, and clearly paid attention. That level of detail is rare, even at top-tier properties. It made a difference. I genuinely felt that she wanted my experience in Interlaken to be great, not just adequate. We had a mushroom ravioli that was out of this world, and a diablo chicken. I mean all this was so delicious and just fantastic. We did have something for dessert, but I don't have the photo for it. They are open throughout the day so that was great. The cream of tomato soup and Indonesian vegetable rice were very well presented and soothing on a cold, rainy day in the mountains. The location is perfect for Mürren, with sweeping views from the rooms and the open patio, where meals can be served. They have the towns only coin-operated laundry service, which is a big bonus for travelers coming from other places. This is open to the public, so sometimes there is a wait to use the machines. Some room packages come with free breakfast, which offers a delightful section of breads, cheeses, fresh fruit, and sliced deli meats. Anyone coming to the Bernese Oberland area should seriously consider a stay at the Hotel Bellevue in Mürren. You won't be disappointed!

The weather was perfect for staying there (cloudy, drizzly, cool.... Not so good for seeing the sites, but you know). The window overlooked the street, which was great. The beds were comfy. The shared bath and shower were tiny but you could see a waterfall out the small window... so cool! Also, the breakfast was huge and delicious. The property had lots of nice communal spaces and had tea and coffee available all day. I really liked staying here!

Online reservations through Expedia and check-in were easy. The lobby is beautiful with a bar, lounging area, and even shopping. It feels like a casino. There are three elevators; I only had to wait once because of a large group that just arrived. I was in a single room with a nice bathroom (shower) and balcony. I would have liked fluffier pillows and one more towel plus washcloths for showering. I also made reservations to eat at their awesome restaurant (Top of the Met) with panoramic views and gourmet food. I wish I could get the recipe for their sauce that came with the roasted chicken. I could drink cups of it. Unfortunately I wasn't able to try out their sauna or fitness center. Next time!!

Our room had a good sized balcony with table and chair and absolutely breathtaking views of the mountains. The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk to the train station as well as the gondola to ride up the mountain. Also close to shopping at three coop store. Breakfast was included and was excellent. Coffee and tea available 24/7 in the lobby. Staff super helpful. Would definitely stay again!

The room was clean and spacious with a beautiful view of the falls. Usually we don't like to eat at the hotels where we stay (unless we have to), but the restaurant here was top notch. Liked it so much we ate there 2 of the three nights we were in town. I had the deer both nights, absolutely scrumptious). Their pizzas seem popular, though we did not have one. Super conveniently located across the street from the train station and next to the cable car up to Murren and next to the Coop Grocery (easy to pick up snacks or a bottle of wine). Not for the faint of heart, though. Dragging our bags up the hill to the property was a job - thankfully we were up to it, but if you're booking keep your fitness level in mind (or maybe the hotel offers some sort of help? I didn't ask.) I would definitely recommend staying here. If ever back in Lauterbrunnen, I would stay again.

I am taking two stars off because the housekeeping never took the towels that I kept on the floor to be taken away and replaced. Instead of replacing the towels that were on the shower floor, they folded the wet towels and put them back for us to use instead of giving us new ones. Also, their hotel restaurant adlerstube - has really bad service. The blond lady is extremely rude, they kept us waiting to order for a really long time. Finally food arrived and it was really good but again no one came to check if we needed anything. Also the check never arrived , finally waiting for a good 20 minutes I went up to ask to pay. Food was good but because of the service it ruins the whole experience . The hotel needs to be mindful of this and make sure they are looking into it.
