The restaurant grows the majority of their vegetables and sources other products locally if possible to provide the highest quality dishes. Offering dishes ranging from tapas and a copa to multi course meals for groups, special events and meetings. I have enjoyed every visit to the hotel, restaurant and we visit there regularly. With only 12 rooms, the location is very intimate and well managed. The staff are very professional and several languages are spoken there, just ask. The beds were comfortable and gave me a great night's rest after a day of travel. The city of Vigo is generally walkable and this hotel is near several shops and restaurants so it was a great location. We stayed here one night and then hit the Camino de Santiago the next morning. I especially liked the in room nespresso, and automatic window shades; not something I expected. More importantly the room was quiet and the shades helped with the sun. My only complaint is the bed was quite firm and pillows not great. Although to be fair they have a pillow menu so had I not been lazy, that could have been alleviated. If included in your room package, you get 1 hour at the pool per day but it has to be scheduled. That I found quite counter intuitive to relaxation however I do appreciate that the pool and hot tubs were never busy as a result of the scheduling. The location is perfect of course and close to many things to do. My review may be quite biased as I wasn't footing the bill but the price really wasn't bad for a 5 star hotel; far less than many 3-4 star hotel in the states and I would pay it myself if I was looking for a relaxing hotel room.

It's has great surroundings and ocean view mostly in every direction your look. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious and the staff is knowledgeable and with a lot of attention to detail. Their restaurant,is also worth a visit. Their menu is mostly composed by traditional local dishes with special focus on fish and shellfish, the superstars in the area. The only downfall I could see is that the property might look slightly outdated in their decor, as it was built a while ago and I don't think is has underwent any serious renovations eve since.
