From the moment we arrived, the hostess was cold, unwelcoming, and seemed genuinely uninterested in having us there. Rather than making guests feel welcome, she appeared to signal to the bar staff that there was no urgency in serving us, which set the tone for the rest of the visit.
Service throughout was incredibly slow. We were given the wrong type of water, and our drinks took an excessive amount of time to arrive. Even more disappointing, one of the cocktails was completely undrinkable because it contained a bug.

Luxury hospitality is about making guests feel welcome and cared for. Instead, the atmosphere felt pretentious and exclusive without delivering the level of service that would justify it. At no point did we feel valued as guests. For a brand with Bvlgari's reputation, the experience was remarkably underwhelming. There are simply too many exceptional places in Milan to spend your time and money somewhere that makes you feel like an inconvenience.
