Bulgari Milano is a luxury boutique hotel in a park-like setting in the middle of the city only a five minute walk to Monte Napoleon, La Scala and the Duomo. Having recently stayed at the Splendido in Portofino, both are owned by LVMH, it was interesting to compare the two. Both are luxury to the max catering to high end clientele. Where Splendido is luxurious in an "old world" way, Bulgari Milano is very much the 21st Century version of luxury catering to everyone from minor nobility to hedge fund managers to fashion designers to Hollywood stars. Great hotel.

There are Hotels then there are HOTELS THAT THRILL YOU! The Elements must come to together like a carefully choreographed dance. Beautiful building in an upscale area, decorated in high style, gorgeous furnishings, elegant decor, delicious cuisine and Royal service. We were blown away by the Hotels style...but it was the staff that made the stay extraordinary. Chiara the Director of front office checked us in with an upgrade and an early checkin, she was so kind, sweet, Professional and caring. We know early checkin and upgrades are dependent on occupancy and not always available but she made us feel amazing. I give her 7 STARS and think she's AMAZING! We stay at the BEST hotels around the world and know a STAR when we see one :)

Simply exquisite. No words. I lust it. I would go here daily. I had the signature drink, which came adorned with strawberry, which means no man of mine should ever be caught dead ordering it too. Call me old fashioned, just don't make me drink one. Ladies, the Bulgari cocktail calls your name. That said, full bar. Top shelf. Abundant aperitivos, ranging from fresh mozzarella to complimentary tray passed pasta dishes. So sleek and sophisticated - otherworldly. Suit up, dress up, and go!

I've stayed at this hotel before but this time I just went for a late afternoon snack/early dinner in their garden. This place is one of the hidden gems in milan. First of all their garden is absolutely beautiful; so lush and green, with chic decor and nice music... and not many people know about it! Prices are also alright considering it's a luxury hotel. We didn't sit in the actual restaurant so the food choices were a bit limited, nervertheless I was really happy with what I got, which was the nicoise salad. Usually this salad comes with canned tuna so i was pleasantly surprised when it came with perfectly seared semi-raw pieces of tuna fillet. It was the perfect light meal. My mum got their clubsandwich which was also delicious. Little tip: at 19:00 if you order a drink it comes with complimentary "afternoon tea" which consists of a tray of delightful little snacks. I say "little" but the little dishes together actually make up a pretty hefty snack. All in all if you have a free evening in milan and are looking for a nice place to have a little bite or a drink, definitely come here!

If you are in the city center and you want to have a getaway from the usual chaos, you need to try this place! We went there for an aperitivo and chose to sit outside. There is a very nice garden area which made me forget that I'm in Milan! overall, a very pleasant experience!

We stayed here for around ten days while visiting Milan. Elegant, with a yet casual vibe. The staff could not be friendlier! Very, very good service! Everyone is so kind and helpful at the Bulgari Milan. Plus in our room we daily receive a different complimentary dish of pastries! As well, last night they had left a bottle of spirits with a large bowl of beautiful fruit, in our room! I highly recommend their restaurant as well. Plus everyday there are amazing cars parked out front. Ask about the 'Secret Garden' as well....The Bulgari is a fantastic hotel. They were a bit slow for me on cleaning our room, but they improved so I am giving them back the five star rating. This is a beautiful hotel that I can highly recommend!

A truly luxurious and fabulous experience from start to finish. I've been coming here for years for their chic, expensive and delicious apperitivo, but I recently had the pleasure of staying here for a night. The staff was unbelievable. So personal, so helpful and so friendly. The room was beautiful. It was small, but well decorated and I loved the huge soaking tub, Bulgari bath products and treats they left in the room. If you stay here you must check out the apperitivo (italian happy hour, but so much better). With your pricey cocktail you will have an onslaught of nibbles delivered to your table. Sit outside, people watching and enjoying the lovely Milano culture!

Very cool hotel with great garden and bar area. Service was attentive and those provided a nice assortment of complimentary snacks which made the 25$ US price per drink seem reasonable

You set your expectations high when you walk in Bulgari place. However, they managed to top it up. Service was excellent and food mind-blowing! We tried lunch-box for lunch where you have combo of appetizer, pasta, meat, and sweet. Excellent combination, superb ingredients, and balanced combination in each dish...road to heaven. Price, high as expected but within reason, €125 for two with wine. Experience; memorable! Highly recommended!

The quirky and original design, with high-quality cabinetry framed in aluminum studs, features good lighting and a very comfortable, radiant-heated bathroom with orange grout between light blue tiles. Enthusiastic, very courteous staff members could at times follow through more. (Cream for the in-room Nespressso coffee had to be requested three times, and the call from the desk for an early-morning taxi to Cadorna station for the Malpensa Express failed). The internal, courtyard-facing room was quiet, a blessing considering the construction noise on the external side. For the price, however, the room is too small, accommodating not even a reading chair. (A slightly smaller bathroom would have yielded a far more comfortable room.) Also not expected was the malodorous sewer gas from the bathroom sink (also encountered at the Hotel Ripa Roma). Is that a flaw in the Italian sanitation system? And as Rebecca H. of Westchester County observed on Oct. 24, 2022, the digital thermostat seems to have a mind of its own and doesn't retain the requested temperature, so that the room was often too warm.

We were able to walk to major tourist sights, restaurants and boutiques. Anything that could not be accessed on foot could easily be accessed by subway, bus and tram. The hotel immediately feels luxurious from the moment you step into the lobby. All of the staff were so welcoming and immediately offered us beverages and snacks. The lobby is decorated very modern, but not stuffy. Jars of candy in the lobby gave the hotel a fun and playful vibe. Our hotel room were absolutely incredible! Our spacious, modern-style room was luxuriously decorated and included a large bedroom with desk, a sitting room, a massive closet and bathroom. Our spa-like bathroom included designer toiletries and the most heavenly smelling bath salts. The beds were so comfortable. Once I slipped into the hotel's bathrobe and slippers I was tempted to never leave our room! There is no sit-down restaurant at the hotel, but they do offer room service in the morning. Since we had an early flight we decided to take advantage of room service and enjoyed breakfast in our sitting room. Breakfast included our choice of coffee or tea, juice, eggs, breakfast meats, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal and milk, and pastries. The pastries weren't the best, but everything else was fine. If you wish to skip room service there are plenty of cheaper breakfast options near the hotel. If I ever have the chance to visit Milan again I will definitely stay at the Una Maison.

The location is also great, with a beautiful view of Milano Centrale station. You already have access to the facilities if you're staying there. They were closing them December 1-10 for maintenance so we were only able to enjoy them for November 30th, but still used the facilities to the fullest. We booked two massages too. My favorite was the salt room. They also had a pool, saunas, and steam rooms. The privacy was next level, it felt like we had the whole space to ourselves. I also loved the abundance of snacks and water. I booked the relaxing massage and had an incredible experience. If you have time, I highly recommend a massage here. As for the room, it was huge. It was very "modern" 90s. The light switches weren't intuitive. I loved the bathroom! It was also very spacious. We had a courtyard room (Room 342) so it sorta felt like we had a room with no windows based on where the window was placed. The beds were fine. We made the most of the room and enjoyed our stay. The complimentary breakfast was phenomenal! There was a HUGE variety of choices for all types of breakfast from sweet to savory to all around the world foods. We adored breakfast. We ordered our coffees (love that they had non-dairy options) and then enjoyed the buffet. The hotel was so charming during our stay, not only because the incredible staff, but because they had all their Christmas decorations out. The tree at the lobby was so beautiful (someone had a photoshoot in front of it). I'd recommend staying here for a night.
