They offered to rent a car for us! They include a great breakfast in the room price too, and it is yummy! Fresh bread,an egg your way (we suggest trying a soft cooked) fruit, yogurt, and selection of meats and cheeses We ate dinner here too based on the menu and that we wanted to stay close. You get to advertise the rooms as having AC, but then you limit the thermostats to where guests are still uncomfortable. 3. You don't have a restaurant. Nothing about the space on the ground floor feels like a restaurant. It's a bar where someone can order bar food to go with their drinks and where you can serve your buffet breakfast. Don't turn away a paying guest because they bring leftover pizza back from their dinner and would like to order some drinks and other bar food from you, simply because you don't want outside food in your 'restaurant' which is really just a bar. This hotel and its staff does not represent the people of Innsbruck or Austria well.

The room itself is super cute, but the huge draw back is the A/C pretty much blows cool air. We have had it running for about 12 hours and it essentially is just circulating stale air. Keeping the windows open can be a bit loud with the traffic outside and the nearby bars. Thank goodness it's Spring time here, so we were able to keep the windows closed for most of the night! In the morning, the view is gorgeous and the air is crisp!
