We booked this hotel in Naples because we had a flight at 6am and this was very close to the…read moreairport and offered a shuttle service. The hotel was also advertised as having free WiFi. We arrived and were checked in. Once in the room, we attempted to use the WiFi and found we did not have service. Also, it was hot and there was no AC. We had to go back downstairs to the desk and asked about it. We were told that some rooms have WiFi and some don't. They said it was being worked on but that if we didn't have it, we should simply use it in the lobby. I didn't really want to hang out in the lobby so, no WiFi for me. The AC is controlled by the main hotel unit, so no AC either. We tried to schedule the shuttle to the airport but the service does not run at that time. They would call a cab for us instead. Since we had to leave at 4am, we scheduled a wake up call at 3:30am. The next morning, the wake up call came through about 20 minutes late as we were walking out the door. Pretty disappointing experience. I'm giving it 2 stars because it was clean, and they have a restaurant if you'd like to eat in the hotel.

Rooms smell of cigarette smoke, though they are fairly clean. Air conditioning did not work. Walls very thin so you can hear people from down the hall. Wireless also not working. Worth the stay for the convenience for catching an early flight, but keep expectations low.
