I stayed for one night and was upgraded for free, then came back a week later to finish my trip--and they upgraded me again. The rooms are stunning: spacious, beautifully designed, with a full closet and dresser for storage. The view is absolutely breathtaking, and every staff member I interacted with was incredibly kind and accommodating. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Caparica. It's a beautiful place and perfectly located. Craving dessert? It's a 3-minute walk. Need new shoes? 2 minutes. Want to grab snacks from a grocery store? Just 1 minute away. You're truly at the center of everything. Honestly, one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at! Also the food/room service is delightful! Such delicious food and I can't tell you enough how like the workers are!

From the photos I thought this hotel had real potential. It was a good value for the price, but…read morethere were some things that definitely needed attention. The pool area was not very clean and the pool itself was in need of repair. Black mold was disgusting. You can tell the hotel gets a lot of tour traffic as there are signs of wear everywhere. For me one of the big issues was the fact that the most expensive rooms in the hotel, the suite, are directly across from the elevators so you get all of the noise of people and elevator chimes at all hours of the day and night. Not sure if there are other locations for bigger rooms? Definitely something to investigate. We purchased with breakfast included. It was a buffet, pretty standard, nothing remarkable, just average. Location is great. Just across from the beach and many other restaurants in the area to check out. The staff was friendly and helpful, but not necessarily well informed about hotel policies and protocols.

Our room had a water view and we slept with the windows open each night to bask in the ocean smells and the nighttime ambience. The room itself was gigantic and the automated buttons around the room were super convenient so we could get into bed and turn off the lights, or open the blackout curtains, etc. The staff was lovely, attentive and so accommodating. We had breakfast, lunch and drinks there and each time the service was top notch. European style but more engaged than the servers in other European countries - they even smiled! Now let's talk about the building. It is super modern and cleverly designed so each part of the hotel has a view of the water. It sounds like each room has an individual feel and layout so that is also intriguing. Not a cookie cutter hotel by any stretch of the imagination. We have never been blown away by this level of design, location and service with such affordable prices. We have stayed in hotels twice the cost in the states and were treated like dirt (nyc, San Fran, California). We will definitely be coming back to Lisbon and when we do, we will book here immediately. Don't hesitate, it is the best hotel we have experienced in all of Europe.

The parking is free, which was great because we had a rental car. Our room was facing the marina and was amazing. There was a large shower and separate soaking tub. Each night, they placed cookies on the bed. Free breakfast was included and had an assortment of fresh fruits, juices, cheeses, smoked fish and meats. They will also cook eggs a different style upon request. We also visited the spa, which had an indoor pool, steam room and sauna. There was also a rooftop pool which was gorgeous as well and overlooked the marina and had views of the river and bridge. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Lisbon!

We stayed here for one night because we had an overnight flight in Lisbon. This hotel is located in…read morethe Belém neighborhood so it's pretty far from the center of Lisbon, however, it is very close to the bus and tram stops so it's very easy to get to the center of Lisbon. We booked though booking.com and we paid less than $100 for one night. There weren't any unexpected fees or anything which I like because when we checked out, we just paid a flat rate of $89 for that one night. Super affordable. Our room was on the 4th floor facing the street and where you can see Ponte de Abril and the Monastery. Our room had a balcony with the view and it was amazing to have fresh air and opening the balcony door! The bed was really comfortable and there were enough outlets for us. There was a tv and a mini fridge and a closet. Bathroom was clean and sufficient and came with toiletries. The only issue that I can see people having is that you have to go up one set of stairs to get to the main desk to check in. However, after that, there are elevators to go up to your rooms. Since it's an overnight layover, our bags were at the airport and we only had backpacks. They were super accommodating because we were running late and check out was at noon. We were late because we got engaged lol and so we called to ask if our stuff can stay in the room until we got back at 1:30 pm. They were so helpful and let us keep the room while we were on our way back! I would stay here again when I come to lisbon!
