Traveling with kids can be hit or miss, but they really go out of their way here. They welcomed our children with snacks in the room, which was a thoughtful touch, and during Easter week they had a dedicated kids' zone with arts and crafts and a ball pit--our kids absolutely loved it. It made a big difference to have a space where they could play and just be kids. The breakfast buffet was fantastic--great variety, high quality, and a perfect way to start the day. We also ate at the ground floor restaurant and were pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. It wasn't just convenient--it was genuinely enjoyable. What really made the experience, though, was the staff. From the doormen to the front desk, everyone was warm, welcoming, and helpful. A special mention to the assistant manager, who went above and beyond--he remembered our names and made sure we were taken care of throughout our stay. Overall, this hotel strikes a great balance between comfort, service, and family-friendly amenities. We got in at 5 am and we had booked the previous night so that when we got there we could check in and sleep a little before getting out day started. We came from miami on a red eye flight so we were a little delirious once we arrived. I called the hotel as I boarded the flight and gave them a heads up that we were going to be arriving late which was great because we didn't run the risk of them canceling the room. Once we arrived we had a lot of luggage because we are hosting an event but I was surprised when the no one helped so one of the guys had to go get the cart and we had to lug all the luggage inside. Once inside the same bellman was the guy who checked us in. The check was easy and fast and we were eager to rest up in our room. Once I got my room key I made my way to the 5th floor. I was a little thrown off by the hallway because it was all black and the numbers were on the floor. Once I found my room I walked in and took a shower and got in my bed. I didn't account for all the construction happening. It was hard to ignore as I was trying to get some sleep but I tried to make the best of it. Checkout process was easy and they were able to hold our luggage until we were ready to go to the port.

All I needed was my iPhone to get on the bus and the Ubers came super quick not to mention it's extremely close to restaurants and shops as well as local sightseeing. We easily got to the airport, the aquarium, and to the zoo within 15 minutes of the hotel. The food is delicious. I highly recommend getting breakfast included because the buffet is well worth it. The service is top-tier and the pool is worth the day pass )granted the pool views aren't the best) still, the sun shines through and the temperature is right. Having the indoor spa right next to the pool was genius and I wish I utilized it more. The locker rooms are stunning. Overall I highly highly recommend you staying here. You won't be disappointed.

I utilized my FNA award from my signup bonus I got with the Boundless card and made use of it on this trip, including this hotel. We trekked here directly from the airport via the Metro. Therefore, we got here much earlier than the check-in time (though not as much due to the EES nightmares). Therefore, we were able to freshen up a little bit and head out accordingly. The bathrooms near the lobby are quite clean and spacious so it's very easy to freshen up there. Due to some business conferences at the hotel - it was quite packed when we arrived on a Tuesday - there was no opportunity to upgrade, but that's okay. We also skipped the breakfast add-on as we were heading off on a train early in the AM. The room itself was quite nice and up to the standards of a Sheraton. We got some office building views from our room. The free water came handy too, but again we were here for only one night. The bathroom itself was clean and spacious enough. The shower/tub combo is something I don't always see (though I have in Europe) and the glass wall with the curtains certainly makes this more suitable for a couple than anyone beyond that, but it did the job. The hotel itself is in the business district and there isn't too much around unless you want to walk to Avenida which isn't too far away. If you want a business-friendly hotel with a guaranteed quality of sorts, you can't go wrong here.

We decided to stay here because I had a free night to use, but also they are dog friendly. We wool a separate flight from koa the wonder dog but this was where we would rendezvous. They not only welcomed us and Koa but 6 huge bags , 4 suitcases and a large dog crate! Free breakfast, also dog friendly, and everyone loved to say high to koa especially the staff. What a great welcome to our new country!

Upon sitting near the flat screen TV the waiter came with menus. At 2:30 the full menu was not offered. Only the section called Snacks was. We had a Club sandwich and the Veggie burger. The Club was filled with meat, cheeses, tomato and lettuce with mayo. We could have shared it. Fried chips came with it. The veggie burger came on a large muffin with lettuce and tomato. It did not fall apart. The quinoa burger held together. Crispy steak fries came with it. Perfect! Both sandwiches were good and filling. To drink we got a bottle of water and two coffees, Delta brand. Beers and wines were offered. Service was friendly. With food and other charges the bill came to 41 EUROS. Check it out.

Aside from not having a gym or pool-the room was well appointed, the beds extremely comfortable, the shower ideal. There is also a lovely bar in the lobby area that we did not take advantage of but we will be happy to return in the future:-)

Room was still not ready and we were told to keep waiting. At 3pm (official check-in) time, the room was still not ready. Just chaos at front desk with clueless staff making poor explanations. Even when you snap at them they still don't react, it's like dealing with zombies. The room was just filthy, the carpet was so dirty with stains just beyond cleaning and really the carpet should be completely replaced. It looks like the room has not been maintained since the late 80's. There is a part of the kitchenette that is not even painted and has no floor, just concrete floor and walls not painted, horrible. Felt like cooking in a parking garage. No option to turn on heat in the room. The shower could not be angled properly and kept sliding down on the bar so I had to bend down and make myself into a four feet tall person. The pillows are so flat, imagine if you had used the same one pillow your entire life, that's how flat it was. I don't think the room was ever properly cleaned during our three nights stay. Upon first entry I noticed a small brown stain on the toilet and left it to see if it would be cleaned the following day. I It was not cleaned during the duration of our stay. Yuck. Soap, shower gel and shampoo was never re-stocked. Maid left minimal toilet paper every time and enough towels for one person when clearly we were two people in the room. I'm starting to think this was intentional. Came home late one night and there was hardly any toilet paper, because they didn't put in a new roll. I I called front desk and ask them to send one up. The guy said no one is able to help at this time. I went down in person and asked for a roll and also a towel which was missing. Front desk said he doesn't have either a towel or a toilet paper roll and maid has left. This is supposedly a 4 star hotel and you can't even supply a roll of toilet paper?!? So he asks me: Hmm, toilet paper, do you need it right now??? Haha, that's a bit personal I think to myself. What am I supposed to say to that? Yea, I have a pressing situation coming on in say 5 minutes! He then tells me to wait for one hour while he tries to resolve the situation. The following day towels are missing again, the front desk people don't even try to help, they just say "no I can't do anything". They have no sense of taking initiative to give customer service. I repeat, this is supposedly a 4 star hotel! Staff were completely miserable. There is nothing Executive about this hotel whatsoever. Breakfast was pathetic with lumpy yoghurt because it was not chilled, terrible coffee and the most dry and lumped up scrambled eggs I have seen, no fluffiness there for sure. Front desk had advised to me that it was an American breakfast. I don't know why he chose to call it that. English maybe, but no waffles, so certainly not American. For the price, it was a rip off.
