The place is in a non-touristy part of Milano and there was no way we could have ever located it without Google Maps. We had a full 5 course meal and the highlights for me were the Lamb and Beef main course, the cheese tasting platter and the Tiramisu. The Tiramisu was the best I have ever had. They also had a great selection of wines and the waitress was very helpful with suggestions. We sampled 4 different wines, the most memorable being a year 2000 Amarone that was very reasonably priced for a 14 year old wine. The waitress was super friendly and answered a lot of my questions about the wine and food. All in all, a great dining experience !!

Enthusiastic, very courteous staff members could at times follow through more. (Cream for the in-room Nespressso coffee had to be requested three times, and the call from the desk for an early-morning taxi to Cadorna station for the Malpensa Express failed). The internal, courtyard-facing room was quiet, a blessing considering the construction noise on the external side. For the price, however, the room is too small, accommodating not even a reading chair. (A slightly smaller bathroom would have yielded a far more comfortable room.) Also not expected was the malodorous sewer gas from the bathroom sink (also encountered at the Hotel Ripa Roma). Is that a flaw in the Italian sanitation system? And as Rebecca H. of Westchester County observed on Oct. 24, 2022, the digital thermostat seems to have a mind of its own and doesn't retain the requested temperature, so that the room was often too warm.

The hotel has a beautifully decorated and spacious lobby. We stayed for 3 nights at the beginning of our trip and 2 nights at the end of our trip. So we ended up staying in two different rooms. Both rooms were very clean and comfortable. The rooms looked newly remodeled. It was very hot outside that week and the air conditioning kept our room comfortably cool. The first room faced the street and had an interesting street view. Even with facing the street, it was a very quiet room. The only drawback was that the wi-fi in this room only worked if we stood right next to the entry door to the room, but we managed so it wasn't a problem. Our second room that we stayed in at the end of the trip faced the back of the hotel and was a larger room with no wi-fi issues in this room. The front desk staff offered to keep our extra luggage in storage at the hotel while we traveled to other cities mid-week. The free breakfast buffet which was provided at the hotel every morning was fantastic!!! It included prosciutto, cheese, assorted croissants, fresh fruit, assorted juices and much more. It was the best breakfast that we ate while we were in Italy. A nice waiter, named Maximillan, realized that I liked 2 lattes with my breakfast each morning, and always came back to my table to ask if I was ready for my second latte. All of the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Most of them spoke excellent English and were eager to help if we needed anything. I highly recommend that you stay here when you visit Milan.

Room lights were always not working and had to request for repair but never fixed. Room was always not cleaned with sheets or bathroom with not enough towels or not cleaned used coffee cups. Price was not cheap and they had a sign with 4 star hotel which I do not agree with this level of service and what they offering. I wanted to try and see NH Hotel Group but what I expirienced I would not unless this is just business trip not for a special occasion. Even with free drinks offered by Hotel management, quality of hotel is very low and poor. Hope they revisit and fix one day.

The location is really good - 15 mins from Milan central station, a really nice park about 30 seconds down the road. And about a minute walk to the repubblica underground stop. If you walked from the hotel to the main city central this would take about 20 minutes give or take. Inside the hotel the decor is quite modern and clean. The staff were very friendly spoke good English and we're happy to help with any questions. We forgot to bring an adaptor from England and they simply had one to lend until we checked out which I thought was really handy. We were upgraded to a superior room and my goodness this was nice. It wasn't a huge room but you had all the luxuries you needed. Really quite impressive. We had breakfast included with our stay and this was really nice, it was mainly a continental breakfast with a help yourself type of deal. There were staff readily available if you wanted to have say, an omelette or scrambled eggs cooked fresh. The staff here in the morning were very personable and friendly. All in all if I ever stay in Milan again I will be looking at staying here again!

That's probably the most unsanitary spot in the whole room (besides the toilet). Unless you want a cheap place to stay I would not recommend this hotel.

Bar not open either. Rooms hot as hell. Impersonal attitude of the staff. There was much noise coming from certain citizens yelling for hours at night outside the hotel, and the military police were sitting outside watching one night. And then if that wasn't enough, we reserved a van (specifically asked for a van for 4 passengers with 4 large bags), and they gave us a small taxi wagon. We had to hold several pieces of luggage in our laps on the 1/2 hour trip to the airport. Completely unacceptable for what was advertised on British Airways as a 4 star hotel. We stayed 1 night in both Florence & Venice at Star Hotels during our stay, and they were both lovely with open restaurants, open bars, and good A/C.

Very cheap ingredients, super bad coffee, powder orange juice. You better forget about breakfast at the hotel and go for cappuccino and croissant at a nearby place.
