After 2 days of aunts (next day all over my luggage and clothes) I had to switch rooms in the middle of the night. Despite the trouble, the hotel said it would not allow a discount, nor any other gesture to make up for the inconvenience. They have a "policy" against "refunds." Apparently a policy against customer service as well. Awful place. Additional. Says it has WiFi but it is always broken. I heard "my partner will fix tomorrow" 4 days in a row. Property in a bad neighborhood (graffiti and bars on windows on all buildings nearby). In the middle of nowhere. Even at the cheap price, better off staying somewhere else.

The front desk staff was fluent in English and always very helpful and friendly. My husband is a Platinum Marriott member and his status allowed us to consume anything we wanted out of the minibar. That was mostly beverages and a snack or two, which we appreciated. The room was just the right size for 2 people and it was decorated very nicely. We were on the 4th floor and were told it was a newly renovated room. There were only 2 other rooms on our floor but when anyone was in the hallway and noisy, it seemed as though our door was wide open. There's a tiny "gym" on the 4th floor and it's just out in the open. It's very basic and we were happy no one used it when we were sleeping or it might be been too loud. I just used Wifi for basic stuff. It always worked and was speedy. The hotel is in an urban residential neighborhood. It's very safe and clean and next door to a huge grocery store where we purchased breakfast every day (the hotel offered a buffet that looked good but it wasn't included in our rate so we didn't have it). The street where the hotel is located is very quiet. This hotel is an excellent value. We would stay again for sure.
