Run from this hotel. Dated hotel with serious issues. Parking is disorganized and difficult. The property is attached to a loud nightclub, and the noise and smoke travel throughout the building, including upper floors. Despite being advertised as smoke-free, the hallways smelled strongly of weed and cigarettes all night. The room itself was underwhelming. The TV did not work, the shower was poor, and overall maintenance felt neglected. This is not a quiet or family-friendly environment, and it is not suitable for anyone sensitive to smoke or noise. There are much better options nearby. I would strongly recommend staying at the Holiday Inn or Marriott a few minutes away instead. read more

Stayed here from Tuesday November 25th 2025 to Friday November 28th 2025 with my parents. We were in NY for thanksgiving and needed a place to stay- so here we stayed. So a little background on this hotel- it was actually in fact a radison Hotel, but switched names, and also kept some of the same staff. It is now Hotel No Ma. Located in the heart of New Rochelle, NY by the colleges, and by some local businesses to eat at. It is a cozy hotel and even has a restaurant called No Ma Social, where one can get happy hour drinks and food too! At check in, we also get a keychain where one can get a percentage off select menu items. This is also where breakfast is, and it is made to order! Liked that because- if one is in the mood for pancakes, and it is listed on the menu, you got it! Also has a seasonal pool, and fitness center. Easy parking as well, as the lot is big. Friendly staff at check in, and overall. room was ready to be checked in by the time we got there. Room had 2 beds, and a bathroom. Also was very clean and had lots of towels- and shampoo and conditioner too! Beds were comfy to sleep in. Loved the tv too, and watched the parade on it Thanksgiving morning. only con is the bathroom in the room is a little small, and a little hard to walk around in. Oh, and had to figure out how to turn on the shower- but luckily had my parents help on that one. Also, there was no bathroom fan- which-- well for me-- i find the bathroom fans obnoxious and loud, so for me it's good that it didn't have one- but for others who find it too hot after showering, or had to empty out- the fans can be useful. Anyways- overall clean room and was home for a few nights. Also had a fridge and great wifi! Also highly recommend food and drinks at No Ma Social at the lobby- where more pleasant staff was like the bartender Domique! Will write a separate review on that, but highly recommend! My companion had a work trip and I accompanied during this trip. I love boutique hotels so I was excited to give this place a try. The Good: Staff is kind and attentive The rooms are clean. If you need anything you literally can just ask and they will do their best to accommodate you. Made to order breakfast available for purchase, ordering is easy ! The room is spacious Great walkability to downtown New Rochelle area Plenty of near by eating options. Free easily accessible WiFi Great in room work space. The not so good: It's a dated hotel (I believe it's a revived Radisson hotel) , even still the rooms still feel a little dated. The hotel has an event space so there was a lot of activity & people coming and going. The fitness center is very small and lacks variety. Ps In referencing a previous review, I only smelled a whiff of the "devils lettuce" faintly like one time after an event lol! read more

Had a lovely experience here while staying for a work event. The rooms are modern and fun, beds are comfy. The night/bar scene is happening and I was nervous it would be loud in my bedroom but it was so quiet in my room! I've given this rating based on ownership. I'm booked for multiple days and my first day I get a call from the front desk asking me to move vehicle because it's touching the line of a fine lane in the front entrance parking space. I'm baffled by it because I walk out and I'm not impeding the fire line. And I look across and I see a Lexus suv parked across from there taking up parking space and half in a fire lane across from where I'm parking. I move my car and watch this same Lexus park their car in the fire lane. Come to find out it's hotel management that owns this Lexus and they disturbed me at 3pm while I'm working in my hotel room I paid for so they can move their car inches closer to the entrance. My car has 10 camera documenting this 24/7 and I'll be aware if management decides to retaliate. read more

My friends and I went to NoMa Hotel Bar in New Rochelle on 9/20 for a birthday celebration. The bartender, Nicole, began moving our belongings and yelled at me when I moved them back, saying we should "read the room." When we asked the manager for help, he threatened me and told us to leave. This behavior was humiliating and completely ruined our evening. I hope the management addresses this so future guests are not treated this way. read more

Staff great but this property is confused if it's a hotel or a nightclub. Weekends no parking and blasting music from the restaurant (aka mainly a bar) after midnight that can be heard loudly on the 5th floor. Drunk people yelling and all over the place in the lobby and parking lot. read more

This is a nothing-special hotel, despite the "boutique" label. The rooms are okay, as long as you don't want to heat up anything in a microwave. (There is a coffee-maker in the room, but no microwave.) The television does not have streaming services, HBO, or other premium channels. The hotel tacks on a $15-per-night "boutique fee" and refused to remove it when I complained. We were not informed about it when we made the reservation. When I mentioned that, the guy at the front desk pointed to a framed 8.5x11 sheet that is mounted below the counter. I did not read that sheet when I checked in, and am reasonably confident that 99 percent of the guests do not read it. It is a naked money grab that supposedly covers the "free" parking (which I did not use) and the WiFI (which is decent). The only reason we stayed here is the hotel's location, as we were attending a wedding nearby. Would I stay there again? Not if I had any other options. I had breakfast in the restaurant (which is attractive). The food was average. Caution: If you order the $8 steel-cut oats, note that it is not served with any "trimmings" such as raisins, etc. I asked for some fruit to put on the cereal and was charged another $8 for a bowel of cut-up cantelope. (At least the fruit was ripe.) In short, I felt like a customer, not a guest. Finally, the room rate for the Saturday night was about twice the rate for the Sunday night. Offensive, but perhaps that is what the market will bear. read more

It is a great place to stay if you want a marijuana contact high! The 5th floor reeked of weed to the extent that it was seeping into my room. I complained 3 times and was told they could do nothing. I asked for my room to be moved and was told they were all booked up. Not that it would have mattered, according to other reviews, as it appears the entire hotel was a marijuana smoking haven. Read the reviews before booking this hotel. I am not the only one with this complaint, which appears to go back several years. They also charge you $5 a day to park, and don't inform you of this. The front desk asked if I was parking a vehicle, I said yes and was given a parking pass. They did not tell me I was being charged! When I asked about this, they pointed to a sign on the desk, which was not directly in my view as justification! How deceptive! And when paying guests get in after the "club" on the site is active, you have nowhere to park other than around the side of the property. I am handicapped and had to do this several nights and walk a good distance. Parking for paying guests should be reserved in the front of the hotel, especially since you are paying for it. If you are a pothead, then this is the place for you. You don't have to come with your own weed, because you will get high walking the hallways. If you are a sober traveler who wants some peace and quiet and not a weed smelling party hotel, stay clear of this place! If I could give 0 stars I would. read more
