I attended a baby shower here last weekend in one of the bay banquet rooms and I found this venue to be great for hosting an event. My girlfriend also had her wedding reception here and she was very pleased with the outcome. The room was perfect for 50 guests. There was a DJ booth, banquet tables and the event planner she hired, turned the room into heaven on earth. They really turned a small conference room into a fabulous event space. They were able to have some of the food catered and they brought some cultural items from home. The event ran from 8:00 p.m to 12:00 midnight. I found the staff to be very courteous and the hotel very posh and clean. I would definitely consider having an event here in the future if my budget allows. read more

The loud night club-associated activity in the parking lot until early morning hours that is frequently mentioned in reviews is an actual thing. It's 4:50 a.m. and I haven't been able to get back to sleep after being woken up at 3:30 a.m. for the third time this evening. Also, the TV is old-fashioned cable with no streaming options. I have never written a truly negative review of any establishment, but the management of this hotel truly deserves one. I accompanied my husband on a business stay here at the beginning of December. We stayed there with 4 other colleagues of my husband's so they could meet with a local company (who recommended the hotel). First the positives, the front desk staff was polite and checked us in quickly. Room and bath were clean, if a bit sparse in terms of comfortable furniture. One colleague arrived late and checked into a room that had a flooded bathroom and needed to be moved- which was done quickly when she went to the front desk. The restaurant is pleasant- decent food and very nice folks working. The negatives, we woke to noise and found that our room was surrounded on both sides of the hallway by workman. I kid you not. I expected to be able to work the first morning from our room, but it was very noisy so I went to the front desk to ask if there was another room since I needed to attend online meetings. The woman at the desk suggested the business services space, but that was not private. We decided to stay the second night since we were leaving early the next morning and didn't want the hassle. I asked at the front desk whether they would adjust our room rate for the inconvenience- we would have stayed in another hotel, if they had told us there was construction on our floor- let alone surrounding our room. I was told the manager was not present, but would call me. No call. I called her, Colby Brock, and she said she would "look into it" and get back to me. No return call. I called the accounting office. They said they would "look into it", since we shouldn't have been placed there or should have been moved. No return call. This morning I called Ms Brock- whose family apparently owns the hotel- and she professed to have no knowledge of the situation and proceeded to argue that since the workman were there 9-5 that should be acceptable. I described walking out of our door to find 2 (quite polite) workman having breakfast on either side of our occupied room. She told me that I was very elitist and did I not think workman should be allowed to eat? I was flabbergasted. Not that she cares or that Radisson- the franchiser- cares, but I will never stay there again. Nor in any Radisson now that I know there is zero accountibilty or quality standards on how to treat customers. Put me down as entirely dissatisfied with this chain. read more

I booked our reservation under the Radisson but came to find out when I arrived it is now under new management and branding. I received zero notification about this. This hotel is now called NoMa and was one of the worst hotel stays I've ever had. The bathroom is tiny and the shower has zero grip in it that I ended up slipping and falling, and now have a giant bruise. The AC barely works and makes a horrible sound when on. We were put in a room on the second floor, directly above the night club. There is zero sound proofing so we could hear everything and could not sleep until early in the morning. While we were in a non-smoking room, as soon as you hit the hallway all you can smell is cigarette smoke. This hotel has zero redeeming qualities and I wish I could get my money back. read more

Glenia and Genesis helped us coordinate the room block for my wedding group reservations. They were very attentive and knew what they were doing! They provided updated room block PDFs regularly and even took notes on the shuttle service we hired to the bring guests back and forth to the venue. They also helped us coordinate events at the NoMa Social on the 1st floor such as rehearsal dinner and send off breakfast. They also have the option to store your gifts for your guests to give out when they check in. This really is a great hotel for your wedding guests needs! The outdoor seating area is perfect in the summertime! And our guests seemed to enjoy the pool (I personally did not go there). BUT MY BIGGEST RECOMMENDATION is when you book your room, REQUEST A HIGH LEVEL FLOOR! My husband (the groom) ended up on the 2nd floor right above the NoMa and it was beyond loud most of the night!!! Honestly, they shouldn't even have rooms directly above the NoMa and use those rooms for a different purpose such as storage or a bridal suite. He got this room because he showed up a few days early before we had the suite booked. The suite itself is 2 conjoining rooms and nothing special but does the trick with plenty of space. The hotel itself is very nice, and beautifully updated. Although the exterior is very old and outdated (as most Radissons are), they did a nice job remodeling the inside. Don't expect something super over the top fancy though, it's literally enough to suit the purpose. If you're looking for something high class, go to a hotel in White Plains. read more

Had better, had worse. I flipped between 2 and 3 stars, settled on 3. The cheery front desk person saved the third star. Location is good, and there is little competition. The rooms are reasonably sized and relatively updated. Bathrooms are snug, but serviceable. Wifi is free. Price is decent at $135 a night during the week. The frequent stay club is relegated to Radisson and a few other less popular spots (Club Carlson), so points matter not so much. The biggest issue here appears to be Housekeeping, and staffing. Both visits, one person at front desk. Wait time more than 10 minutes both times. Both visits, either NO regular coffee or only ONE regular to go with TWO decafs. One visit, no creamer. Last visit, negotiated a late checkout only to have housekeeping come on in (they used their key) to tell me checkout was at 11. Will definitely try the other hotel in town before coming here again. read more

This place is going downhill fast and management obviously has no interest in fixing it. The hotel is old, dated, and the rooms are furnished with cheap up, junk furniture. Even the lobby which looked like it hasn't been mopped in at least a month had torn up furniture and rude and unfriendly staff. read more

Went here for a wedding and this was great. Between the restaurant on the main floor, to the private suite on the 7th floor, this was such a good place to be. Absolutely the WORST front desk/reservations any customer could ever experience!!! I received a formal wedding invitation last Thursday, May 19, 2023. On the invitation, it clearly stated that there is a block of rooms set aside for the wedding guests and to call the hotel directly before June 20, 2023. I called the Raddison Hotel, New Rochelle to book my reservation on May 20, 2023. The front desk answered the call and I requested to be transferred to reservations. The front desk said they could do the reservations at the front desk. They told me that all the rooms had already been booked and that there were no more rooms available for this wedding block. The front desk suggested that I call the banquet office on Monday. Instead, I called the bride to let her know that the hotel no longer had rooms available in the block of rooms that were reserved for her wedding guests. The Raddison Hotel made no accommodations whatsoever even though they had rooms available to book. I called the hotel this morning May 25, 2023, and again the front desk answered the phone. His voice was as lazy as the day is long!! He puts me to check availability for the wedding block. He comes back on the phone and tells me that the entire hotel is completely booked for that date. Their lack of professionalism in dealing with the public should be addressed by Raddison Corporate. I knew that my experience was not going to be a pleasant one once the front desk employee answered the phone. His lack of enthusiasm, courtesy, and knowledge about this property that he is working at was beyond what you would expect when calling a hotel directly. Worst hotel experience I have ever had. To start, the room did not come with an iron. When I called they said they would bring one up. After an hour and still nothing I called again and that finally got someone. Then there is the club downstairs. We were placed on the 2nd floor and our room was vibrating from the music. It was loud until 2am. Completely absurd. We called the front desk and they brushed us off. The room had a weird smell and you could tell it hadn't had a deep clean in a while. Gotta love the combination of a nightclub pumping music until 2AM and very loud construction that sounds like it's in the room next to you starting at 8AM. There are also some corporate offices on the upper floors of the hotel so when I had a package delivered it somehow got delivered to the offices instead of the front desk and the hotel couldn't find it. If you enjoy sleeping to the rumble of someone else's migraine, this is the place for you. The walls are shaking, the floor is shaking, the bed is shaking, with no signs of stopping and it's 12:30am on a Sunday morning. It looked ok, the room is clean, but the relentless throbbing and banging and booming from a nightclub in the hotel is beyond comprehension. I'm on the second floor. I thought it would be quiet after 11pm. I was just told by front desk clerk that it goes until 3 am! The front desk clerk said she hadn't answered the phone sooner because she couldn't hear it ringing. Clouds of --shall we say fragrant smoke-- in the lobby. Doors marked that they are locked when people are outside smoking, laughing bouncers saying they can't hear me when I enquire where is the front desk clerk. I am only here because the Marriott nearby was fully booked--some major event in town. There's no excuse for this noise, and especially not in a place that has beds for customers to sleep in. Quite possibly the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Anywhere. Hands down. Dreadful. Never again. 2:17 am update---the noise is unabated, throbbing the walls, rattling the windows, causing distress. The bed is shaking from the noise and ear splitting drums. I stayed for 1 night to attend a wedding at Glenn Habor Cove. The room was nice, the bed was comfy, check-in was quick and the desk person was extremely helpful. The room was a good size, but the bathroom was very small. The room was $300.00 for one night, booked months in advance. A bit of a rip-off. The hotel was recently redecorated, the rooms and bar/restaurant are nice, but the building and the hallways look like they are from the 70"s. Radisson's are nice hotels, but $300.00 for a 3 star hotel in the burbs? If I was willing to drive 15 mins further I could have stayed at the Ritz (5 star hotel) in White Plains for the same price. Breakfast was not included, spent $10 on a coffee and a bagel with cream cheese, which was good. Regarding the night club/ noise, I heard it when I was in the lobby, but not in my room on the 3rd floor. But I'm sure the reviews noting the noise are accurate. Our hotel room was filthy. Stained walls, lamp shades, carpets and chairs. Everything felt dirty. On top of that, being on the second floor right above the night club (rm. 208) we could not sleep. Thumping club music played till 2 am and then after that, screaming, laughing, yelling and noise from our hall and the parking lot kept us up all hours of the night. When we complained to the front desk they shrugged, apologized and told us they were sold out and there was nothing that could have been done. The whole hotel smells of cigarettes and marijuana. So upsetting. The morning after, the parking lot was littered with trash, beer bottles, and other paraphernalia. This was a horrible, terrible experience and I will never stay at this place every again. Shameful. read more

Glenia & her staff are the best to work with hands down and always make sure everyone is pleased. My brides are always very happy with the club in the hotel after their wedding, NoMa always has top notch djs playing, and the music never disappoints. I also book many events here. Mike DeFalco and Colby are always a pleasure to work with. This weekend on Saturday I had the pleasure of being a guest at a party and I had such a great time in the club. It was packed but it was great music, there was a fabulous crowd and it was an all around great time. Checked in for a romantic night with my wife. Isaiah at the desk took great care to have the romantic package delivered up to room while we were at dinner. We got back all was great. The toilet couldn't flush but I'm an operating engineer. So I fixed it. The problem is simply the club! We were on third floor but you wouldn't know it. Music til 3am with the loud drunk show in the parking lot to follow. The hallways and elevators reeked of weed to the point I put a wet towel under the door. Yet I had to sign a no party clause! Normal hotel... nothing bad to say about the rooms aside from the walls being fairly paper thin. My complaint is with room service. Called to order food. They didn't have much to choose from for the kid's menu. I let the worker know my son has an egg allergy and asked if the kids burger has any eggs in it. He gave me a strange "no?" so I asked again this time referring specifically to the bun. I heard him as someone hurriedly and still came back with a strange "no?." We spent that night cleaning up vomit and poo because sure enough the bun did have egg in it! We had a block of 65 rooms for a wedding this past weekend. Glenia, Nina, Serena and Debra were wonderful to deal with. We always communicated and they kept sending me updates so I could be on top of the arrangements. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating and had a great sense of humor. Having the bar and restaurant in the hotel was nice. It gave guests the option of continuing the party after the reception. Was it loud in some of the rooms, yes it was. But it was also fun. We had two private meeting rooms for the breakfast the next morning catered by NoMa. There were 100 plus guests who attended our breakfast buffet and it all went well. The food was delicious and the staff of three that helped us were marvelous. I have stayed in fancier hotels in the area with more amenities, but I have never worked with friendlier and more efficient people. Thank you all. Visiting NY for a friends wedding and this being the host hotel I expected so much more. We arrived a little earlier than expected so rooms weren't ready which I expected and front desk crew (11:30AM Sat, I'm specifying because the desk crew and customer serviced quality changed) was very apologetic/welcoming. We couldn't got to their bar since it was booked by a company no biggie. We came back around 3:30pm and room was ready. Upon entering the room, the first thing I want to do is shower and just relax since I was up at 5am for an early flight. The sink in the bathroom had a leak so water was all over the sink and on the floor without us touching anything. Surprised that our house cleaner Gloria didn't see this before approving the room. After calling the front desk, maintenance came up to check and verified there was an issue with the sink. I later received a call from the front desk advising maintenance would come back to fix it. Literally they fixed it in maybe 30 mins so very quick resolution. A few friends began to sign in and they didn't receive the gift bags that the wedding party guests were to receive upon check in which had information on a bus that would take us to the venue. If we all weren't discussing our flights and hotel experience we all wouldn't have known. Some of my friends mentioned the front desk on Sunday morning wasn't the nicest but I had a good experience personally. The bar staff was mixed as far as professionalism. We went down for drinks prior to the wedding to just chill and took a few mins (15 mins) for anyone to ask what we wanted. Eventually a few staff started to clock in and we had a blast with the staff. Although the rooms were very nice and aesthetically pleasing the service however, sucked! Staff was not very friendly. Aside from all this, i had initially booked on hotwire.com where i paid my hotel stay and taxes in full. The hotel itself then charged me not once but TWICE 2 different fees. 1 charge of 196 that was pending that never got pulled from my account and another 0f 133.99 that did get pulled for "rm stay and taxes". I called to get this issue resolved and there was no manger or supervisor to help with the issue they caused, till Monday morning. Once i finally got to speak with a manager she then started telling me about the 196 charge( i had no clue about) that was only "on hold" and didn't get pulled. I then told her i was calling about the charge of 133.99 that was taken from my account. She had ni explanation as to why or how that happened but then started to apologize and said it would be refunded immediately. Sn* I was actually only awarr of this charge cause 1 of the guys at the front desk, told me the hotel likes to charge extra fees for any and everything so make sure i bring the pool towel back to concierge once i was done using it. If you do plan on styaing there.. keep and extra out for any extra, unexplained, unnecessary charges from them. read more

I hate writing bad reviews but sometimes it must be done. There's no excuse for a hotel to have a club blasting music late into the night, hosting club parties where drunken people are still carrying on at peak volume at 4am. That goes down as one of the worst hotel experiences ever. If that weren't bad enough the elevators were dirty, with untold days of grim on the buttons from multiple dirty oily finger presses and left over unidentified bar crumbs on the floor our entire stay. Far from considerate, far from hygienic and Certainly not C19 conscious. I'd give it one star but the bed was comfortable. A good thing too since I was up most of the night due to the loud music. I might have gotten up to work but the desk chair was broken and only there for show. Sigh... read more

BEWARE!!! - Night club is on Thursday Friday and Saturday night. Checked in for Thur and Fri night as a Family with a 1.5 yr old for a wedding nearby. Music is so loud you can hear every song, Lyric and bass until 3am. Made several requests to turn it down first night as we had a very early wedding to attend. Was only on second night at 2am we were offered a room change (too late at that point, we had a sleeping baby we were not waking up). nightclub was until 3am so you basically cant sleep till then. was never warned or given option to room change during the day after first night issues. You are not getting a hotel room, you're getting a room above a nightclub. They should not be allowed to out anyone on the floor directly above nightclub. Date of visit: 1-12-2019 Checked in to the Radisson Hotel and it went very smoothly. I really enjoyed how polite he was. When asked about the reason why I am there, NoMa Social. All you got to know. The room I got was clean and beautiful. I enjoyed the view from the 5th floor. The bed was so comfortable I had wanted to stay in it all night but I had a party to attend. Need Ice? 3rd and 5th floors have ice makers by the elevator so if you're on the other floors, you may have to go up or down to get it. Lucky for me, it was around the corner.
