Breakfast buffet is a 5 star for its price. I got ours via Metrodeal which is around 300 bucks per head. They serve all your favorite breakfast dish and more! Everything tastes great and will certainly be back soon read more

The only negatives for this hotel were- no cabinets for clothes. You have a small corner rack to hang clothes with 4 hangers provided. No telephone in the room so you have to have a smart phone with a strong Wi-Fi to be able to call the front desk or outside. No in house restaurant but you can order out and have it delivered. In short, this is not good for any stay longer than an overnight.

I strongly recommend this hotel. And considering that you hardly ever see American tourists in this part of Metro Manila, that makes it an even better place to stay. (My fellow white Americans embarrass the hell out of me every time I travel abroad. It's best to find accommodations well away from where Americans stay. Another bit of advice: do not eat at restaurants that are common in America. Right down the street is a little place called Pares Retiro that makes excellent Filipino food, especially their breakfasts. We have had breakfast there every morning, and every time it's been outstanding. I would write a Yelp! review for them, but they don't have a Yelp account yet... Not until I create one for them.)

I expected a big more from Seda Vertis. My mom, aunts,…read morecousins and I spent almost 2 weeks here (yes 2 weeks lol) and yes, it's nice and cozy but it needs to an upgrade, a renovation... something. The room(s) we booked had about 2-3 phones in each room and most of the time, we weren't sure which phone was working! Yes, a good amount of outlets, but a majority of them were either not working or really loose. It's interesting that they don't already include a flat sheet when your bed is made. You have to request it. The AYCE breakfast was great but I honestly got tired of it lol They have a good selection and some days, the items do change. I do like their noodle station, taho station, champorado and pan de sal (although not the hot and fresh one you can get in a panaderia. I do like their location. Short walk to Ayala, Landmark, and Trinoma. A quick Grab ride to SM North, too. I didn't utilize their gym or pool area, but i did get a foot massage which was the best decision of my life after the amount of walking I've done during this trip. Thankfully, no bugs were found in any of our rooms. They do have a fridge but it's more like a cooler. So don't expect to chill anything for a long time. No microwave. I don't like how the side tables and counter space looks like there are many, many drawers, because you can't even open them! It's just for, I guess, "style." Staff's friendly. Very helpful and patience. Would I book here again? Maybe.

It is right across from Ayala Vertis Mall and a short jaunt away from the SM North and Trinoma malls. There's a restaurant on the 1st floor where they serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as a rooftop bar. The rooms are quite nice, in my opinion better than the one we stayed at in Seda BGC. Probably because this hotel is newer. Plenty of outlets to charge devices, comfortable bedding, and a great bathroom/shower. There's a pool on one of the rooftops that is nice but is in the shadow of a skyscraper that they're building next door, so there's not much of a view. It was still fairly cold out when we stayed there so we only used the pool briefly but I imagine it's fine during the summer months. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the size of the gym. Considering that it's a fairly small hotel they have a ton of cardio machines, weight machines, and even heavy weights. They also have a corner studio for yoga and such. Everything was clean and well maintained. All the staff of course was extremely friendly and accommodating! Definitely a great place to stay if you're looking for a hotel in Quezon City. Honestly as of right now it's probably the best hotel in the area.

The personnel were equipped with masks and face shields. There are santizing hand gels available at the front desk, so in terms of overall safety during the pandemic, it seems to follow the rules. My main complaint though is that there were mini roaches in the room and that I was placed next to the pipes or something that I hear noises each time someone operates the shower. As for the food, they only currently allow meals prepared by their restaurant (no outside orders since it's normally for peopléin quarantine). The price was very expensive but quality is good. 517pesos for a chicken meal

I have been happy overall with the staff, security and the cleanliness of the hotel and its rooms with the following caveats: the walls in between the rooms are paper thin; their housekeeping works and cleans room and floor even in the wee hours of the morning; the room door slams shut and worse of all, the guests don't respect your right to sleep peacefully. In other words, expect for all kinds of noise to help keep you awake instead of resting and sleeping. For those reasons, I have given this hotel a 3 star rating. I'm planning to cut short my stay as having been awakened nightly is getting on my nerves!
