We unfortunately stayed there a couple of days during our Barcelona visit.
Most of the rooms have windows to a very noisy street. You will wake up around 5 or 6 for sure, when the rush hour starts.
The continental breakfast is a joke. It is clearly defined that it consists of a bread, a croissant, butter, marmalade, awful juice and coffee. IF you want a tea, they want you to pay extra.
The rooms are not equipped with mini-bar/fridge, what should be standard in a 3-star hotel.
Furthermore the staff is really unfriendly when it comes to complains. The reception called the management by phone and even insisting that we want to speak to the manager ourselves, it was told us, that the manager doesn't want to talk to us.
Normally I am not putting references here, but in this case, a strong recommendation to look for a nicer place to stay in Barcelona. read more
