So sorry about that! The new staff,housekeepers are great. Alejondra is the second best....Lupita will always be the best here. Front desk leaves a little to be desired. The bar and restaurant WOW that's another story! So they're open everyday but Tuesday and close daily at 6p, yeah you read that right a bar that closes at 6p! The menu items and options have decreased by 1/2! Yeah 1/2!!! Attentive is not an adjective I'll use here so to lay nice I'll say they're very laid back.....take that for what it's worth.
