The location was also great because it was a university area (generally safe and quiet) with very large mansions lining the main streets.

However, when checking out I was sort of attacked by the front desk lady as I had left one of my room key cards in my room. She made me go back and get it - as otherwise, she would penalize me. I was shocked. I can not recall that someone dared to talk to me like this in front of my staff. She made me look as if I had attempted to steal the crown jewels. Despite I liked the hotel, it is very unlikely I would go there again, especially as it was difficult to book in the first place.
