I was tempted to give this hotel a bad review due to it being such a 'cheap and cheerful' type of…read moreplace but to be fair it exceeds the standards I would expect for a hotel of its class. It's a basic hotel in as much as the amenities are basic but the service you receive when staying there is really efficient. The staff are friendly and helpful and remember your name on sight (better than the Ritz?), the hotel is spotlessly clean and the beds comfortable. (Im not sure about the plastic curtains though!) So, if you are lookng for somewhere cheap and cheerful whilst visiting Hamburg look no further! 5 stars from me due to it doing exaclty what it says on the tin.
