The staff is helpful, courteous, and very attentive, possibly some of the best, if not the best, I have ever come across in my 20+ years of travel. The resort is very comfortable with the perfect amount of rustic charm and scenery that is impossible to compare. The pool and spa is fantastic. The outdoor jacuzzi bed could be my new favorite thing. This is definitely a must do if you are ever in the Austrian Alps.

The hotel is right at the bottom of the Zugspitze mountain and looks like it was painted into the landscape. Breakfast here is out of this world and the beds were just perfect and comforting.
