I would 100% stay here again! From check-in to checkout service was outstanding. Everyone was helpful and greeted us with welcoming smiles. We arrived around 7PM on a Friday night. There is one person at the desk to help all guests. Checking in was very organized and easy. Another guest wanted help calling a taxi and she politely told her that she'd assist her as soon as she was finished helping us. I loved that because it's the right thing to do and I recently experienced being tossed aside. The receptionist actually walked and gave us a mini tour and showed us to our room. Once inside, she explained a few things to us and then went back to the front. This is a beautiful boutique hotel. My guess is 12-15 rooms. Our room was amazing. They had a cute welcome card and small gift. Bottle water, coffee, tea, lotions, body wash, slippers and robes are all provided. Beautiful finishing, comfortable bed, dual shower heads, large shower, clean... it was top notch! The shower water is like warm. It will feel cold at first but you get use to it. It was going to be a complaint but I realized quickly the temperature was perfect because you get so hot and sticky that you're not jumping in a hot shower. You can't flush anything down the toilets in this hotel - or anywhere actually. There is a trash can available to throw away toilet paper after wiping. The rooftop pool area is really nice but it's super hot outside. It's recommended to not go outside between 11-3. The pool closed at 6 and we had evening plans each day to get ready for so we didn't go swimming. We walked up there to enjoy sitting down and relax for a bit. There is an elevator for those on upper floors but you can also take the stairs. I saw two public restrooms. One on the first floor and one on the third floor. The hotel is open for guests to go to the restaurant and rooftop during nighttime events. I would love to host family at this hotel for a vacation in the future. The restaurant was delicious, friendly people and close proximity to downtown area. It was about one mile walking...20 minute pace. Loved it! read more
