Room thermostat takes some maneuvering/troubleshooting to understand. General lobby/lounge area is quite spacious with lots of sitting and lounging space. There is live entertainment (piano music) in the evenings which is nice for gathering. Elevators are small/cramped and peculiar in that not all elevators take you to the first floor so it's puzzling at first. The location is ideal though for walking around and shopping though.

They have a restaurant type on the other side where they serve breakfast or dinner. We did dinner once there and really enjoyed it. It's pretty new hotel compared to the ones next to it. It's pretty quiet as well but not sure because we were here on a Tuesday. Room is good size for the 2 of us. Bathroom and shower are separate which I like lots of It's next to the Fátima church which was amazing to be so close and less than a few mins walk to it. Really enjoyed the hotel. You can't beat the location, very close to the Basilica with one side of the hotel providing beautiful views. The rooms are simple and very clean. They provide free Wi-Fi and have a restaurant on site. We enjoyed the Buffett breakfast this morning. It was excellently served with scrambled eggs and breakfast meats, which you don't always find in Europe. We'll definitely be back!

I cannot speak regarding price or parking as I came with a tour group and all was included in one sum for the entire trip. The hotel site states it's a family owned an run business. I honestly did not know what to expect but was impressed with the modern decor. Although the rooms themselves were small they had adequate space and the WiFi signal was great for my son's academic and streaming needs. For convenience there is a bar and restaurant on the premises. Breakfast was typical Portuguese style and I found it to be just "okay" compared to our last hotel in Lisbon. Dinner was also just "okay" but the presentation was nice and great for convenience factor.

The set up is a little odd in that it straddles the street so there's a connection to the other side of the street on the second floor. So depending on where your room is you might have to go up to the 2nd floor then back down or up to get to your room. Breakfast was included in a buffet style setup but again depending on where your room is you have to go up to the second floor or another option is to just cross the street and enter the buffet dining room. There is a spa area that included which has a swimming pool, sauna, and Turkish bath. I didn't have time to test it out but it bet is relaxing. There's also an outside pool which is along the river so I bet that would be awesome to lounge around in during the warm month. The rooms are not super fancy but have everything you need and everything is new. It's located right on the water and is walking distance from the cathedral and shopping and restaurant area.
