Sticks to its roots and does amazing game. You can't go wrong with any of the dishes you order. And the wine list wasn't bad either for a small town.
If you're visiting for business, I would choose this hotel (rooms were decent) for the food.
Bonus, the breakfast was also amazing (not the usual crap buffet that even high end hotels tend to serve).
