I'm in the middle of moving and needed an extra hand so I contacted your company based off of the reviews, to only be disappointed and more stressed. You never gave me a clear answer that anyone was going to show up. So yeah I canceled because I wasn't about to wait around to only then receive another phone call saying you can't make it. After countless times reaching out to you confirming the day of our appointment, to only be met with "my people tested positive for covid sorry I have no one else I can send to you."I had to be the one to tell you how urgent this was and that I needed someone. You need to work on your communication and professionalism.
