I still had to pay over $400 out of my deposit to get the house cleaned again and I had to pay for carpet cleaning as well. The add ons makes no sense because why am I paying extra to do basic move out services like getting the walls cleaned which they didn't do and I didn't know there was a extra charge to simply blow out the garage..it was no dirt or anything just leaves...So now I'm losing over $400 on my deposit even after paying $600 to get the move out services done. Since I was paying for the service under a hundred bucks for three hours; they had scheduled a 1pm appointment and the lady couldn't be there at 1pm. Instead they wanted to first reschedule later in day then the next day. I then started reading some back and forth texts they were exchanging and WOW! I'm very glad they didn't end up using this company. My clients drove from Dallas and were tired but they didn't deserve the non professional service that they spat out.
