There are many choices for great food along the Belgian coast. We decided to have an outing to De Haan for dinner. Everything was great from start to finish; and by "start" I mean the quick email response to our inquiry about hours and availability. We got an almost instant reply to our email. Within a few minutes, we made a reservation with ease. The restaurant is right on the beach with wall to wall windows overlooking the North Sea. Staff are welcoming and very helpful. Service was friendly but the restaurant was basically empty the whole time we were there. Hopefully it picked up once we left because this is a local spot a little off the beaten path of tourist restaurants.
