We worked with SFR for about three years, and though the work was adequate, there was something…read morevery slippery about it. The staff kept changing, the costs dramatically increased (doubling during COVID), and Charity was a shadowy figure--never a clear communicator, never addressing questions forthrightly, and never once appearing so we could see her face on Zoom. During COVID, she encouraged her clients to apply for an ERC rebate on federal taxes. The stickler was that she required an upfront payment of $5k, and she said we would be eligible for $15k. I later found that the IRS explicitly warned people not to pay upfront for this rebate. In the event, it took over 2 years for us to get the ERC, and it was for about $7.5k. In other words, SFR took about 70% of the payment, and we got 30%. Nice work when you can get it. She also continued to charge us a full accounting fee for our business when our revenue dried up and never once suggested we put the business on pause or instead become an S-corp. We were actually spending more on accounting than we were getting in revenue. Later, when we had to wind down the business, no one replied to our emails, and our Quickbooks was still linked to them. We actually couldn't download transactions as a result. We felt like their captive. Eventually, we extricated ourselves with no help from them. She is definitely looking out for number one, and you are most definitely not number one. Hard pass.

Small company totally ready to go! In that course I was brerrated to no end, stripped of any authority for a managment positio, in 1 month my title changed to a lesser title. I was scoleded, told not to speak. To do nothing. Then I got put on as a telemarkter instead of the position I applied for. Sadly, I was doing EXACTLY what I was told and then would be yelled at for doing that. The person I was working for is crazy. When I say yelled I mean blood shrill yelling that made it difficult to understand even what was being said and or accused. NEVER in my life have I encourted someone so vile. I called Amanda several times and told her I didn't like it that I was being berated etc...She was presistent in me staying. Insiting the company felt like I was the right person and was happy to have me there. I asked her not to say anything and I know she did because the next day I was berated again and the same comments and language I used was shoved down my throat. It got to the point that I was dreading going to work and desperate when I go there. In the end I was asked not to come back much to my relief. Amanda told me they suspected the company was using me as a "fall guy" because the woman in charge is bat xxxx crazy. She with the man at Pridstaff said they had long suspected she was trying to control the company which was not hers or her job. Numerous other employees had been berated, including her counter part. So Amanda knew the entire time what I was going through, refused to find me a new position. So along side of the woman at the establishment, I was used as Pridstaffs puppet and fall guy. NEVER even offered to help me find another position. I'm now in a new position 9 months and it is going very well. It's a permenant position where I receive nothing but praises and I'm well received, loved and the people are amazing to work for. I understand temp agencies are working for the company but to dilberatly put someone in an abusive and stressful situtation is uncalled for and is abusive itself. I really liked the staff when I went in and was so excited to work with them but after my experience I would not recommend them and would strongly suggest if you don't like a place they put you do not ask just tell them to find a new position and you are not going back. That is what I should had done but I wanted very much to represent them well and to do well. There was no way that was going to happen working for the company they sent me out to. I was set up to fail. To boot I had a job before going to them I could had stayed at and stayed longer at until finding a stable person to work with and not have wound up with a bad "mark". Regardless of who their contracts are with this is a really lousy way to do business and to treat people.

We found Lisa's service via an internet search and decided to call on a whim because we needed a "deep cleaning," which Lisa advertised for. She showed up at the appointed time and proceeded to clean for 8.5 hrs. She brought her own supplies. She said "I'll have this place looking brand new" and boy, did she ever. She did an absolute phenomenal job, we did pay her a little more because the job called for it. But, we're not disappointed! Worth every penny.
