However, if you buy a faulty item and want to get a refund then get ready for a whole load of hassle. Only the manager can issue refunds but he is never around. Before he will refund you the item will have to be returned to the supplier for inspection. I have currently been waiting for two weeks to be refunded on a faulty item, after two promises that I would be refunded at different stages and numerous conversations to staff who seem embarrassed to work there. I've now been told that the manager is away and may be back on Tuesday, anyway I'm not hopeful that I'll get my £90 back any time soon. Think twice before you buy anything from this shop.
