I certainly do much better with that kind of crew pushing me forward rather than going it alone. I started out a total beginner, pretty out of shape, but they patiently coached me into better form and longer endurance. After going a few years I was even persuaded to train to do their rowing half marathon--a milestone experience for me! Robin was certified through the authentic Joseph Pilates group in New York, so she's the real deal. I've been with her for about a year and have been impressed with the body changes.

After discussing this event, I heard that this woman and the Dr. have a reputation for treating both customers and employees poorly.
