In the past I've been to Oregon CrossFit and Central Oregon CrossFit and those places are great but this time I decided to try Triumph mostly because of the location and times available. I'm so glad I did, Joe was very welcoming and made me feel at home. The workouts were great, Joe personally spent some time with me and helped me with some tweaks in my lifts.
