Working with Houda was a pleasure. We had no idea how to buy a house and she held our hand through the entire thing. She's energetic, great at her job, and she really cares about her clients finding the right home. We weren't sure where we could afford to buy and Houda helped us find a home in Santa Clara that's not too far from work and in a great school district. She respected our decision to be financially conservative when we said that we couldn't actually afford what the bank approved us for but also helped us to understand what/where we could get for the money we had. Houda isn't afraid to express her opinion on a house - as in "Nope, this one is no good, it has nowhere for your son to play outside".
