I was not impressed with Anne. She was the realtor assigned to me by company for my relocation last year. She did very little in showing me properties, other than new construction that she was pushing on me. She miscommunicated to me about a prior client having no issues with getting a loan for the new construction. I found out after I made an offer on the new construction that was not true after contacting the mortgage company. This caused me a lot of stress trying to figure out a loan after I'd already paid my downpayment and didn't want to lose that money by withdrawing my offer. I did eventually find a smaller bank to get a loan, but I did not get a good interest rate. Lastly, I never heard from her again. She didn't bother to follow up with me any point after that or attend the walk through or followup on the loan signing, nothing. This is my fourth property I've purchased, and my realtors in the past were involved in every step to make sure everything went well. I just felt Anne was the worst realtor I ever had and I wouldn't recommend her to anyone. read more
