I came here for a $175 hydrofacial which they "recommend to anyone needing to refresh before an event or special occasion" (their own words from their website). The esthetician said there would be no down time but I was left with scarring and hyperpigmentation. The owner, Stephanie, looked at it the following day and said the results were normal; it'll heal in a few days like a hickey. THEN she backtracked her answer to "you probably booked a service special." THEN she delegated fault to the esthetician because she's new. THEN she changed back to her original response when it actually wasn't some training promo. THEN Stephanie blamed my skin congestion to justify the esthetician's roughness. IF THE OWNER THINKS THIS IS NORMAL, IS THIS HAPPENING TO OTHER PEOPLE? The owner had no forethought to offer a refund nor to proactively provide services to fix any scarring and hyperpigmentation. Stephanie kept asking, "Well, what do you want us to do? You tell me." When I asked her what she'd do if this happened to her face. Her reply: "Nothing. I'd moisturize and put sunblock." I ended up asking for a refund and any products that could help with healing. "You want a refund? Fine, we can do that." She quickly left the room like she couldn't be bothered to talk to me. I'm including a picture of the tiny moisturizers she gave. Comparing it to a hickey, Stephanie said it would resolve in a few days. It has taken TWO WEEKS for my scarring and hyperpigmentation to even out. DO NOT COME HERE FOR A FACIAL.

This led to the provider retaliating by threatening to terminate my care. Getting lab results may not be the clinic's fault, but poor communication and bedside manner is. When I called the lab directly, my results were actually finished the day prior, and were not sent out until I requested them. I will not be back or recommending this clinic to anyone.
