I will never get injections ever again from Faceline! Bought disport on a Black Friday deal..went…read morein and was taken to a room with the Dr. and his assistant Kayla. The Dr never spoke to me! He didn't introduce himself or said anything doing the whole process. Kayla did all the talking. Afterwards I questioned Kayla about the Dr's attitude. She said he is just quite and that she and the office manager to all the talking After 2 weeks, I still have wrinkles on my forehead and I have a "surpized look" that the remaining wrinkles accentuated. After 2 weeks I went in for the facial that came the package. I ask to speak with someone about my issue with disport. The office manager was only one available. Explained my concerns about the disport to her. She says I just needed more. I said no I would go somewhere else that was so displeased with the outcome and that the Dr. doing injections didn't ever speak to me doing the whole process. The office manager became very defensive. Defending the Dr's quietness and by saying he was from Pakistan and that is just his culture. Well, we are southern and we expect people to al the least to acknowledge our presence. I have been getting injections for 20 years and have never had a bad experience until now. Beware! There are lots of great places in Little Rock. Use one of them and skip Faceline.

SCAMMED! Charged for service I didn't get…read more Back in September I decided I wanted to get filler for the first time. I contacted this place that seems to have different locations around the US, including Little Rock. In minutes I received a text, a call, and an email. A few days later I had a "free" video consult. In the consult we determined what services I would want. He asked me for a preferred date, which I gave him. He said there was nothing available on that date, but the local office would call to make the appt. I gave a CC number for the deposit on my treatment. The office never called me, and in the meantime I decided I didn't want to work with them because of that. When I got my CC statement, they had charged me $1700 as if I had gotten the full service, not even just a deposit amount (which they weren't supposed to charge until the appointment was actually made). I sent a message through the original service and got no response at all. I contacted my CC and disputed the charges. Today I received the CC's final determination. The charged the charges back to my card and included the company's "proof" that I owed the money. Invoices for services I never received. I've never even been in the office!
