He ended up buying two instead of one, big mistake for the other stores not to exert themselves. No other jewelry store in Paris, Tx acted like they where even interested. If it wasn't in the store they was not going to spend the time or effort to find it or help him. Since then she has gone beyond to take care of all our needs. Nevertheless, much to my satisfaction, a young woman with dark hair, whom I believe must be the lead broker or store manager worked with me on getting a little extra time than that set forth by the due dates in my loan agreement. As a result, I am going to be able to get back what I thought was lost. She deals with all sorts, as due all of the employees there, so do not be quick to judge or to think that anyone is rude or out to screw you, particularly her. They are supposed to make sure all of their computers are password free before they sell them. When I discovered mine was password protected, I immediately notified them and they said to bring it back, that they'd get that fixed or replace my computer with a comparable one. My computer has 340gig HD and 4gig ram. The one they offered is 250 and 2, respectively. I said, no, I'd rather have them wipe the pwd from mine. They said it'd be next day. The next day, they had forgotten to call the computer guy till I reminded them at 3:30. The day after that, they sounded very disinterested in my problem and my computer. They told me the repair guy is in Greenville and isn't answering his phone. This problem is still unresolved.
