The next day, they had forgotten to call the computer guy till I reminded them at 3:30. The day after that, they sounded very disinterested in my problem and my computer. Well, they were good enough to let me waste 50 minutes of my time before taking me to the back and telling me, on top of the money they were going to charge my insurance and the copay, there would be an additional $60 contact fitting fee. Who the heck is wearing contacts all the time, never needs to put on some frames and take a break? I have never had any other eyecare professional give me any static about writing a prescription for frames when they do a contact exam in 40-some-odd years.
