Worst customer service ever. Went there to buy a new mod. I knew exactly what I wanted, a VooPoo Drag sealed battery Mod with USB C charging. They did not have it the lady tells me she has a similar one the VooPoo Argus which has USB charging, she tells me it will charge a battery to full charge in hour. Then she says but you have to buy a battery because it's a removable battery. I say fine, she then proceeds to assemble the display Mod which was opened and on display, I asked don't you have a new unopened one she says this is new just on display but no she did not have a brand new unopened box one. She said that's why she is assembling it to show me it works. She proceeds to install the battery, the coil and even fill the tank with juice I bought. I go home and the next day go to charge the mod only to find out it is not aUSB Charge it is a Micro USB. I go back and tell her and she says they don't take back MODS. I told her exactly how she sold this to me under false pretenses stating it did something that it doesn't she stood there and said nothing she could do. I stopped buying anything from them but after a few weeks because it's so close and I let it go. After buying many coils and juice there I go in every week. I go in and buy a new bottle of juice that she recommended and a coil it was late evening, in only a couple of hours the vape juice turning dark in the tank and was causing the coil to burn. The next day after work I went to another shop and bought a new coil dumped out the juice from the tank and refilled it with new juice and the same thing happened. So I went back to House of Clouds and the Husband was there I explained everything to him and his response was what do you want me to do I said I wasted money on two coils and this juice that obviously is bad i only ask to exchange the juice which was still i will eat the cost of the coils. He says we don't do that i tell him the entire experience I had when I purchased the mod and he says well if it's a removable battery then you have to charge it with an external battery charger and his wife probably got confused with the pro model that does have USB C charging and proceeds to say he wasn't there. Furthermore he says I have no proof there is a problem with the juice but he doesn't make it he only sells it. I showed him the They don't help you, guess there only good at lying and selling things under false pretenses. Will never go there again. I can tell you this every GOOD store understands and makes an exception for there customer especially when they did not do right by them from the beginning. A good store and moral people aren't good when there is no problem, when they are just selling you things, what makes a loyal repeat customer is those individuals that make it right when they didn't do right by you that makes the difference and this store only cares about selling and not it's customers. So be weary when you run into a problem they will not be on your side. read more

Roy's reply is the most pathetic attempt at telling what really went down. Everything he knows or thinks he knows is hearsay because he wasn't even at the shop on the day in question. It was a really rude girl who was running the shop on that particular day. I won't mention any names or even give any descriptions, because they might run and cry to Yelp again to have my honest review of them removed. And he says I tried to scam them? They gave me store credit and then refused to honor it. Plus, with their ridiculously high prices, they are the ones trying to scam the public. The same woman who kicked me out of the store is still calling and harassing me, I don't even know how she could have gotten my number. She must have a thing for me or something. Anywho, this is my WARNING TO THE WORLD: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
