The employees are extremely friendly and helpful. I have purchased a grinder, butane, and a nectar pot here and each time I was shown all of the options to make sure I got what I really wanted. There selection of pipes is kick ass and there are awesome pieces in every price range. All kinds of glass and silicone pipes, many of which are one of a kind and made by local smokers. They also have many vapes, juices, loose tobacco and cigars. Their prices are fair. The one and only problem I have with them is that their selection of incense sucks! Come on guys, add in some damn Wildberry or Auric blends! Almost every other smoke shop in the damn county sells at least one of them and they are popular. Other than that, this shop is great. I always stop buy if I'm in the area. This is definitely a shop I plan to keep supporting as much as I can afford. Friendly employees and good products make me a local customer.

I know what legitimate vapes taste and smell like. These were not it! I wasted too much money (not only were they fake but, they were overpriced) and I was extremely disappointed. I haven't gone back since and I will not return to their establishment. I gave two stars simply for customer service. They were very kind and treated me well while I was in the store. However, I can't stand behind a company that sells fake items. I cannot speak for any of the other items sold at this business but, this is a deal-breaker for me.
