I should have taken heed when we had to walk down the damp, dark, dirty alley, before reaching a single room, but instead I booked an appointment. Not much of an inviting space to say the least. We explained how we like to have our Lhasa Apso's in the lamb cut & she said the right things at the right time so I was reassured. The first trim was ok, nowhere near perfect but it was better than nothing, especially in lockdown. So we booked another appointment. However, when my partner came home after collecting them from their 2nd groom with her. I was horrified. I cried & it felt like my partner had brought back completely different dogs. I literally couldn't look at them, I felt like I'd lost my puppies. It might sound silly but I was heartbroken. She had clipped all their fur off, no lamb cut in sight. They had a weird angry look on their face from where the hair was left overgrown on the eyebrows. The fur on there head was lop sided & not even at all. They looked dreadful they really did. Nothing like what we had asked for & certainly not expected! How could she forget! It's taken me over a week to calm down enough to be able to write this review without anger! Needless to say, we won't be going back & I warn anybody else who is tempted to trial her.

I spoke with the the owner the next day who said she would refund the cost and call to see the dog with a view to improve the job. She did not telephone or refund and ignored a further email from me. Worst of all is the effect on the dog 3 weeks after he is still very nervous and unhappy. SERIOUSLY AVOID PUTTING YOUR DOG THROUGH THIS.
