Their own brand lingerie is of a high quality and very feminine and matches any of the major name brands. The staff are very good, knowledgeable and friendly. There is also a nice cafe situated on the first floor which is often very busy due to it being excellent. Toilets, including disabled and baby changing facilities are also available on the first floor. There is an escalator and a lift to the first floor.
